I-Stereo do answer your question pretty quick, but you can tell they are not native English speakers but they try to help.The unit comes in a plain white box, also they have a few things on the unit like two WiFi connections. This had me thinking this unit was a return.I-Stereo confirmed to me this was his how there products land and the WiFi connection are factory test. So if yours comes like that you know it’s not a return.Everything came that I needed and I also bought the usb retention cable to keep my factory usb.The trim is nice like Nissan made it and fitting was easy. Steering week control settings is not straight forward as the instruction are pretty poor, but I got there. Screen is nice, boot up is fast, Apple wireless car play works well. Radio for me is not great.So with our making this review massive, overall I’m happy so far. Time will tell if it’s going to last. If you look up Hizpo 9 inch Android you should find it, sadly these type of units don’t get much coverage in the UKAt the minute I am happy. it's a great unit when things work but it as lots of glitches where something works and next time you turn it on you have to play around with the settings just to get it to work again.also the internal mic is very low so when talking on phone eople can hardly hear you and I have not found a way in the limited settings to adjust the volume for the mic and installing the external mic made no difference.im reluctant to return this as it is a nice unit when things work but if it is a pain to use for much longer il have no option because the more I try to use it the more glitches I find

Die Verarbeitung ist gut und es passt sehr gut ins Fahrzeug.Da das gesamte Panel ausgetauscht wird ist auch die Montage einfach.Leider gibt es im Betrieb ein paar Mankos:- Android Auto Wireless funktioniert nicht immer auf Anhieb (über Kabel verbraucht das Handy mehr Strom als es über den USB Anschluss laden kann, also auf langen Strecken keine Alternative)- Die Lenkradtasten kann man nicht wirklich anlernen. Im "Trainingsmodus" wird teilweise die selbe Referenz abgelegt, obwohl eine andere Taste gedrückt wurde (z.B. Vol Up & Vol Down). Somit sind die Tasten dann im Grunde nicht mehr nutzbar- Lüfter sehr laut - Hier wird auf Nachfrage aber ein leiserer direkt aus China nachgeschickt- Internes Mikro schaltet nicht ab, wenn externes angeschlossen wird. Leider sind der eigene Lüfter und die Autoklima dann teilweise so laut, dass man per Telefon nicht zu verstehen ist. Nach Tausch des Radiolüfters funktioniert zu mindestens die Google-Sprachsteuerung deutlich besser- Keine Möglichkeit den SIM-Pin einzugeben. Karte wird erkannt, aber nicht entsperrt. Erst als ich einen Weg gefunden hatte, dass die Pin-Abfrage unterdrückt wird (Karte in LTE Stick und da gab es die Option), habe ich die Internetfunktion aktivieren können
