Whats not to like with this piano
After a few years break from playing I decided to get a digital piano. I was a bit concerned with the quality of sound compared to my usual upright piano. I must say I was more than impressed with the sound of this piano and the very similar touch on the keys. It does not have many extra sounds or effects but for a pianist this is not important. The piano is small enough to sit perfectly where my old piano stood and it really looks great. Delivery from the Sound Store was second to none, being delivered three days before the date I was given. I have already had a few hours of playing the piano and look forward to many, many more. The fact I can play with the headphones on is a bonus, especially for my wife. Plus, as there are two headphone sockets I can play duets with my granddaughter when we get the chance. I would recommend this piano to anyone wishing to upgrade from a traditional piano.

The piano was a great deal on Black Friday at just £399
The piano was a great deal on Black Friday at just £399.99 for the whole thing with pedal and stand. The cover that turns into a music stand was great as well. Touch felt nice and the sounds were good. However, ended up returning it as I realised it wasn't meant to be portable. The piano on its own without the stand will not balance unless the cover is open, hence its unsuitability for taking around. Not a bad feature of the piano, just me not doing enough research!4 stars only because there aren't as many sounds as some other pianos on the market, and no features like metronome etc.

Good sound and perfect for smaller rooms
I played piano when younger and wanted a piano for my 5 & 7 yr old. There is not a lot of space in the house so I wanted something small but with good quality. The sound quality is great to my amateur ears. The keys feel like real piano keys and kids like the different sound functions. It is nice looking; black and sleek and whilst full keyboard size seems smaller than a normal pianoWe're really happy with the purchase and would recommend to families.

An old friend.
I had piano lessons in school. But I dropped out due to being an adolescent idiot. A decision I regret till this day.I picked up piano again recently from the last stage I was at and was pleased to see that I hadn't forgot that much.I have a soft spot for Korg due to their synthesizers, so I opted for this product over the advice of getting either a Yamaha or Casio. However I am not disappointed with this product in any way, and I have fallen back in love with the sound of piano. I am progressing well.It looks fantastic, doesn't take up any more room than it needs to, and has a great sound and speaker system.

Looks great and sounds fantastic
First digital piano I have ever owned as I could never really afford a decent branded one. This piano is superb and well worth the price. Looks great and sounds fantastic.Product arrived as arranged. The packaging had a little damage but did the job of protecting the product perfectly.Be aware that this item is very heavy. I did load this myself in to my car as I got it delivered to work but I would advise an extra set of hands if possible.

Doen't feel top of the range. Mine had a horrible electrical hissing but Korg's customer service is diligent
Awful electrical hissing though the speakers and the earphones. I tried different plugs in the apartment, but nothing changed. The hissing is independent of the volume at which the piano is set. Contacted Kort technical service through their web and in less than 24 hours they told me that a small number of units present this problem, and that it is caused by the power supply. They are sending me a DIFFERENT model of the power supply (are there different versions of the hardware out there?). UPDATE: New power supply arrived and interference is gone. Very happy with Korg's customer service: efficient and fast. The product comes properly packaged, but as soon as you start unwrapping it you begin to understand why the low price. It is easy to assemble, but it is a bit too heavy for just one person. It is plastic all over and it doesn't feel robust (I also have a Clavinova CLP-440 and the different is just unbelievable).Sound:=====The main piano sound feels very natural through the speakers, although there is a sharp step between the sound when playing really soft, and medium attack. With headphones the story is different, it sounds very very synthetic. The other sounds are the usual electric piano, organs, string; I really don't bother playing with those.Pedal:=====The expression capabilities of the pedal work as expected. Nothing to add here.Action:======I quite like the action. I have classic piano player training, and this keyboard feels very natural, maybe on the heavy side of actions (which I prefer).Operation:=========Very simple if you don't want to change anything. There is a button that takes you directly to the main piano sound, a volume know, and a button to cycle through all the sounds offered (and the on/off button). Now don't lose your instructions ever. Changing parameters is not easy, but then again, if you are looking for a PIANO, you shouldn't be changing much. I find a bit annoying the fact the the piano "forgets" the setting when powered off. I don't like playing with reverb, so every time I switch on the device I have to disable it (with some weird combination of buttons and a particular piano key).Notes:=====Very satisfied with Korg's customer supply. They address my issue straight away, and the solution they proposed actually works.

Very good.
Not a bad piano. Sound is good and keys feel ok. Some weird glue like residue under some of my keys which apparently is normal after looking it up. I use this as a midi controller and it's great.
