Another great item from learning resources, as my youngest daughter has special needs and is starting primary school I have been trying to help her understands what kind of things she may see and do in school. Leaning resources is all based around schooling and you often find most of the items schools actually have. This is a science mix and measure set at a retail price of £28.00 which may sound a bit expensive but the quality is fantastic. Contains measuring scale, bowl with lid, measuring cups, measuring jugs, spoons and activity cards. Made of high quality colour plastic, comes with instructions, extra cards (5) can be downloaded from their web site as a pdf file and very easy to handle and clean (Wouldn’t recommend putting in the dish washer) A lovely little set would have been nice if they included a dry wipe pen to use with the activity cards.

We love the Mix and Measure set. The activity cards are easy to follow and fun! The pieces are sturdy, easy to hold and brightly coloured making them brilliant for children of all ages. We've had a lot of fun with this product and will use for many years.

I like the set and items are well made good quality. A little expensive for what it is but the children I mind/ care for have had fun using them. Perhaps aimed at older children for measuring e.g. 5 years or older.

I absolutely love this set for my children! They are 3 and 1 and love playing with it in the bath - probably not what it’s intended for but for our toddlers it’s perfect! My eldest does love to count how many units go into each larger cup/bowl though so that’s great for his learning! Would definitely recommend!

This is an excellent learning set that can be used from age 3 upwards to early primary school. It's very well made, ideal for kids to play and learn with. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into this product and it could be used at home or also in a classroom. There are a range of measuring tools, beakers and a set of scales. Probably advisable to use this near the kitchen sink or a worktop that is easy to clean. The kit could also be used outside to avoid any unwanted spillages - they will happen no matter how careful everyone is! It comes with 10 activity cards that outlines some activities that you can do, and of course you can always improvise as well. Some of the activities are more suitable for primary age kids rahter than 3 year olds but there is still plenty to keep all occupied. The cards also say what "ingredients" are required, e.g. water or rice - it is advisable to plan ahead before using this with kids so that you have everything that is needed. I dont see this as an issue though as it is unlikely you would give kids this to play with unsupervised anyway. I think this is a great set and it will provide hours of educational fun! Highly recommended!

High quality learning tools. Right size, no rough edges on handles so it's safe for little hands. They come in vivid colours. Also the shape is fun and the set comes with activity cards as guide but you can supplement more activities using the products. Well packaged and durable quality. Ideal for learning measurements. You can even use them when doing baking activity with your kids. Highly recommended

We just un boxed this toy and it is so cool. I did not know that it came with all the different types of recipes with color coded instructions. The measuring cups all match to make a whole, and the scale is color coded as well. This will be so fun when we make sensory activities. I am planning on making moon sand and now I can have my two year old help. I think we are going to get a lot of use and fun out of this toy. All the contents are really well made and seem like they will last a long time. The scale is the only part I worry about but we will see. LOVE this for learning and pure and simple play.

Das Experimentierset beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema "Messen & Mixen", geeignet für Kinder ab 3 Jahren. Das Set enthält 22 Teile, verschiedene Messbecher, Waage, Löffel sowie 10 Aufgabenkarten. Das Set ist in englischer Sprache und Einheiten, jedoch ist es auch für jemand der kein Englisch spricht gut zu verstehen. Die Maßeinheiten "Teaspoon & Tablespoon" sind nicht wirklich von Bedeutung, man kann auch so experimentieren. Die Messbecher, wie auch alle anderen Teile sind aus robustem Kunststoff und haben eine sehr wertige, saubere und stabile Verarbeitung. Das Set könnte man auch gut im Sandkasten nutzen. Die Farben sind ansprechend und wecken das Interesse der Kinder, gleich loszulegen. Mit diesem Set lassen sich Verhältnisse & Mengen super darstellen und verstehen! Wieviel ist 1 Liter Wasser, 1kg Reis, Sand - welche Mengen sind es und wie sind die Gewichte dazu, was wiegt wieviel? Auch das Prinzip "Teilen" lässt sich gut darstellen... 1 Ganzes, 1 Halb oder 1/4 - wird mit den Bechern anschaulich. Auch wenn das Set in Englisch ist, gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne - die Qualität und die Möglichkeiten wiegen das ganze auf. Es ist ein tolles Lernset für Kinder ab 3 Jahre, bis ins Grundschulalter. Ein sehr schönes Experimentierset, super zum verschenken!

Inaspettatamente bello! I contenitori sono capienti, indicano la quantità attesa, in plastica robusta colorata e sicura, non si spaccano facilmente e non creano schegge o parti taglienti. Mio figlio che ama i travasi con l'acqua si diverte un mondo! I contenuti sono corredati da ampie schede in cartoncino plastificato a colori in sola lingua inglese (per eseguire gli esperimenti) e da una bilancia giocattolo a colori (non molto precisa e sensibile). I recipienti insegnano le quantità come la metà e il quarto e gli esperimenti sono molto istruttivi in questo senso se eseguiti con attenzione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo.
