first the watch is great. My grandson is autistic and he uses this to call grandparents and mom. The battery life could be better. oh, a tip if yours is not charging, just clean the contacts on the watch with a pencil eraser. This was purchased July 11, 2023. The screen protector from the factory has done its job but has become very scratched to the point of not being able to see the display. My grandson removed the screen protector, so I contacted the vendor here via amazon support. I was given an email and I asked for a replacement screen protector, but the vendor sent a new watch, complete. This is fantastic service and support from a vendor. Then I researched other screen protectors that may be a similar size. Turns out the size is the same, I did not need to trim anything. Now the original watch has some screen protection and we have a spare watch if the first ever breaks or is damaged.

UPDATE REVIEWThought possible future buyers might like to know that after the watch completed it's third charge, we could no longer get it to turn on.The seller did offer a refund without me returning the product, which went a long way in making me feel better, however, they also asked me to change my review. I don’t even know where to begin.The Watch and the app needed to use the watch are both INCREDIBLY frustrating. I haven’t felt this angry over a device in YEARS! It’s not user friendly at all, and I am a tech-savvy person.I’m not sure if it’s just not as compatible with my phone as advertised, or if it’s how the Watch is meant to work, or if it’s because I live in Alaska; but the GPS isn’t working accurately. It just says the Device is Disconnected, but I know it’s not. It only seems to register if my daughter is right next to me, which completely defeats the whole purpose of this device.I had to allow Unknown Callers to call my iPhone in order for her call to come through, even though I added her as a contact (with the number given after registering the Nano SIM card). I tried several different ways to get her call to come through without success until I disabled that feature on my phone: something I vehemently did not want to do.I had to disable the No Stranger Contact on her watch in order for someone in her contact list to call her.All the safety features that made me want this for my daughter are not only frustrating to set up, but don’t work the way I need or want them to.For how much this cost (plus the cost of the Nano SIM card to use it the way it’s intended), I expected an easier to use product that works as advertised.I’m considering whether or not it’s worth keeping or if I should return it. I wanted the peace of mind, and all it’s given me is an abundance of irritation and frustration.I do not recommend this product at all. I wouldn’t give this even one star if that was an option.

Como hago para utilizar el monitoreo remoto? No consigo la funcion en la app, me refiero a donde dice poder escuchar el entorno....

The parent app for the device is a bit cumbersome and it is clear it’s translated from Chinese based set up. Regular SMS messaging is hard to do as their isn’t a QWERTY style screen keyboard but rather a phone button letter keys where you click on the button that has the letter in the group then pick that letter. Then go back to the group list for the next letter. My son wasn’t thrilled with this.The call function works well and programming numbers is easy. Blocking unknown numbers also worked well though there wasn’t a way to do this for texts. He got some weird ones.We never got to set up the schedule app. The GPS tracker worked well and was accurate.We tried to put the WhatsApp on it. It loaded fine but we could never get the confirmation text to go through. The SIM card was easy to install and worked fine with SpeedTalk (TMobile network). The family message app wasn’t too helpful as he or I would send a message through it but wouldn’t get an alert that we had a message to view.The biggest down side is about 3 weeks after getting it set up, it just stopped powering on. My son but it on the charger for low battery. Waited until it was nearly full 98% and when he took it off the charger it would no longer power on. If it was placed back on the charger the screen would show the power percent screen but wouldn’t go anywhere else. The watch wouldn’t power on to the OS or the main function screen.There was not contact for customer service in the box or on the purchase page. So we sent it back for a refund.Disappointing. I would have tried some of the other kids’ watch optima but most require and built in sim and to use more expensive service. $10-20 a month is more than I want to pay for a watch to text and call. I only pay $24 a month for much more access on my iPhone. I ended up purchasing an adult watch which took a SIM card and it’s working much better for him. It’s Android based so I can do all the same functions with the Google Family Link app which loads right on it and it’s glitchy like the one for this (which also had ads?!).UPDATE:Customer Service for the seller contacted me and has sent a replacement Watch free of charge. I have updated the stars to 4. I will give another update after using the new watch.

Sellar responds timely to message in troubleshooting. As for the pink watch for some reason it wouldn't fully engage with app where the functions of the watch can be controlled or monitored. Sellar offered a great solution and I truly appreciate all of the help.

Naturalmente è per bambini, ma anche ragazzini perché è davvero completo di tutto.Ha tante funzionalità come calcolatrice, lettore musicale, data e ora, timer, temi ,meteo e ha perfino una fotocamera e registrazione video.Naturalmente a lui serviva per svago quindi per i diversi giochi che ha e iniziare a guardare l'ora che sta imparando adesso, però avendo una modalità scuola è ottimo per varie fasce di età; inoltre, se si vuole , si può inserire una scheda SIM nano ( supporto rete 2g) con ricezione chiamate e notifiche, e anche sfondo personalizzabile con foto dalla galleria del cellulare. leggermente resistente all'acqua tipo schizzi quindi bisogna prestare attenzione, però in generale non ho trovato difetti perché fa tante cose anche discretamente e anche la batteria ha una durata abbastanza buona soprattutto per utilizzo che se ne fa ad un prezzo eccezionale.lo consiglio

Acquisto esattamente 1 anno fa' per la comunione del bambino a maggio, quindi non provato subito. Lo ha utilizzato pochissimo a distanza di qualche mese non si accende più, è come se non tenesse la carica. Non riesco a trovare chi contattare...mi sa' che sono stati soldi buttati.

Das ist bereits die dritte Smartwatch für unsere Tochter, die andern haben beide nicht ewig gehalten. Zu Haltbarkeit kann ich (noch) nichts sagen, wird ggf. Ergänzt. Sie macht aber eine. Sehr robusten Eindruck, das Armband wirkt stabil und als könnte es nicht reißen (war bei einem anderen Modell der Fall). Auch der usb-anschluss auf der Rückseite macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Man braucht richtig etwas Kraft, um den Stecker einzustecken, dafür wackelt dann auch gar nichts mehr.Spiele und anderer Schnickschnack interessieren mich als Vater nicht wirklich, aber Töchterchen findet das auch gut.Das wichtigste für mich ist die Sprach- und Empfangsqualität. Und die ist wirklich sehr gut. Auch die Akkuleistung ist eher überdurchschnittlich. 2 Tage ohne laden sind kein Problem. (Wenn nicht viel telefoniert wird...) Das schlichte Design finde ich auch ansprechend und Töchterchen inzwischen auch.Kann man bei dem günstigsten Preis nichts falsch machen!
