Works perfect
Turn it up, volume goes up, turn it down volume goes down. Don't have to click off any programs to adjust computer volume. Great.

Worked great for a day, then died.
Loved it for a day, then the blue light turned white on a recent startup and stopped working all together. Not sure what could have happened, with no manual or website that I know of for trouble shooting. Guess this is what you get for going cheap, oh well. :)

Very Handy!
This product is so easy to use, just plug in and use to control volume. It has a satisfying notched feeling when you dial the volume so you know how fast you’re increasing and decreasing. The light is an added bonus!

I loved it but
6 months ago I received this product. It was great when it was working, but regrettably it died recently it has passed on. The LED turned purple when it stopped working, it has me wondering if it's a error message.

It worked for 2 months
This product worked great for two months, then today I plugged it in and the blue light is now a light purple and does not work. I use it at work, and at the end of the day I unplug it every time.

Stopped working after a couple of months
As other reviewers have mentioned, this knob worked great when it was first plugged in, but eventually the blue light turned to white and it stopped working.
