This is my second Panasonic Inverter microwave. Purchased again as original has lasted ten years with daily use.Great variety of programmes for combi use & the eco 1000w heats food/liquids quickly.A great product, easy to clean & looks good in any kitchen. Highly recommended.

After 9 years it was time to say goodbye to my last microwave, that left me with a decision to make on which Brand, what functions I wanted, Price etc.The Panasonic NN - GD37HS seemed to fit the bill, it was in my price range at just under £130, 1000 Watts, ample 23 litre capacity and a grill that can be used in combination with the microwave.It arrived this morning a day earlier than expected, well packaged and in perfect condition. Setting the clock was so easy and that's something I usually struggle with! A quick read of the instructions and I was ready to start using it.For practice I cooked minced beef for the dogs and although initially confusing it didn't take me long to realise how to set the timer for two different cooking temperatures at the start of cooking, 5 minutes on 1000W and a further 10 minutes on 440W and just wait for the beeps - so clever, no more waiting for part cooking to change the power level!The reviews said it makes great cheese on toast and I have to say it's much easier than using the grill in my oven, it's a better working height for one thing. The wire rack was the right size to two slices of bread, I set the grill to power level 3 and although it did seem to take longer than the oven grill there is no heat up time as the grill only works with the door closed, the bread was evenly toasted and once topped with cheese it took no time to melt and bubble.So far I'm delighted I chose this microwave and I'm looking forward to trying cauliflower cheese next on the combination setting.

Overall I'm very happy with my new microwave however, I honestly can't see any difference between this inverter and my old 'non inverter' microwave. The description really hooked me in with the explanation of inverter cooking especially the defrosting which is why I bought this. It defrosts fine just not in any noticeable way different to my old microwave. There is one tiny feature I miss on this which my old one had and that's a 10 second button. This allowed you to just hit it once for a quick blast or twice for 20 seconds etc. Very handy for quickly heating up a tea. This microwave does of course do 10 seconds etc but you have to select the mode then turn the dial to 10, just handy having the 10s hit button. I do like the size and it cooks great, the added grill is handy but not brilliant.

Too early really butso far it's v.good....smaller, lighter but has more functionality than previous oven.

Maybe not the most long lasting microwave but I really like the settings controls - very quick to set power and time, then cancel or whatever.This is our third similarly-designed Sharp microwave. The first died too soon (maybe heating too many small portions?), the second corroded around the sunken wheel track where condensed water pools - it’s important to keep this wiped dry and, I think, to let steam out after use.

A very stylish stainless steel microwave inverter. Very quiet. Lots of functions - including a grill, super easy quick function. Missus very happy with this product.

A vast improvement on anything else at the same price. This Microwave is extremely well specified and powerful at 1000 Watts (it cooks very quickly) and includes an Oven and Grill which is unusual at the price I paid. It also has an "Inverter" which supposedly heats the food more evenly than a standard Microwave. I'm no technical expert but I'm certainly satisfied with the results. There is an extremely comprehensive users manual provided (which I recommend that you read first if you have half an hour to spare) and this is definitely required due to the plethora of functions which even includes a self cleaning function (Aqua Clean) and a "Chaos Defrost" function (yes really) but search me for what exactly this means (it does defrost frozen food very well though). Not recommended if you just want to heat up the occasional ready meal as its overkill for this but I'm delighted with it.
