This is a hard rubber protective case which provides excellent protection for my laptop from virtually any accidental impact. I bought it for a plane ride and put the hard case with my laptop in it, in one of my two carry-ons. I ran it through the TSA Pre-check X-Ray machines and was able to place it on the floor under the seat in front of me with confidence that it would not be damaged in any way. The hard case also has room for accessories such as my charger, various usb drives, adapters and other misc. stuff. This case provided my laptop the protection needed when and where it was necessary. It's a great item for an affordable price that will give you some peace of mind, especially when traveling.

It protects our laptop and has pockets for documents but exterior of the case is “bowed” a bit. I would not carry it for business meetings and spend a bit more for a classier look. Fine product overall for the cost.

Second Update Below:--------------------------------------------The seller backed its product and refunded the purchase price of both purchases. While this is good. It puts me back to ground zero trying to find a solid case and unless they fix their quality issues - I can't recommend this laptop case as it will eventually fail. Hopefully they are going to resolve this issue in the future, but I would imagine there are thousands of these already in the pipeline.-----------------------------------------------------------First Update Below:-----------------------------------------------------------This is hard to believe - but it is 100% true... I ordered another of these laptop cases hoping it was just a "one off" issue and because I do like this particular laptop case minus the poor quality of the stitching to support the handles. I received it yesterday - transferred over all of my computer stuff and laptop. I walked out of my office and when I got to my vehicle...I pulled the laptop off of my shoulders and all of a sudden...the laptop case is on the ground!! The fabric that secures the shoulder strap pulled right off the case!!! Yep - I couldn't beleive it! It was only hours old and it was the first time the case was being used or even saw daylight! I will attached pictures as you have to see it to believe it. Unless this company refunds my money - I will have nothing good to say here about them or this product. I am so lucky that the rest of the case did its job and protected my laptop.....but this company needs to get its act together and start making or securing these straps more securely or no one will ever buy these for obvious reasons. Just totally let down by the inferior quality put into this product....so disappointing..............................................................................Original Review Below..........................................................................Overall this case is better than most...but like everything today - it just does not hold up! I don't use this much as this laptop sits in my vehicle and gets used only at customers sites when needed. The most important part of a laptop bag to me is the strap / handles as if they break - good chance your laptop breaks when unexpectedly hits the ground! The stitching on the handles are not heavy duty. Its just regular thread sewn in a square pattern - not doubled stitched and no stitching of an "X" in the square stitching for that added reinforcement you normally see on mission critical material when being sewn.I did not see any option to contact the seller / manufacturer so I am leaving this review so all know that this otherwise very good laptop bag does has a major flaw. I would hope they would warranty this....but not having their contact info easily assessable.... I guess I will have to throw it away.

I have to go against most of the positive reviews. It's not really a hard case. It's sort of spongy cloth infused with rubber or something. The one I received was bent and caved in a little. I could bend it back, but it just reverted back to its bent shape. All this for $40 seems kind of steep to me. I returned it.

This case seems very well made. It's a bit on the heavy side for my taste, but it sure does the job of protecting my laptop. My Dell laptop fits perfectly and is snug in the pocket.The case is made of rugged material. It's some sort of hard-sided, rubberized material. It seems very sturdy, but that also adds weight to it. It's good to have the hard sides since that offers the best protection to the laptop or other device inside. The only downside is that it's a little heavier to carry it around.You can carry it in multiple ways. There is a shoulder strap provided, which is adjustable to any length. There are good quality handles on the top which snap together. There is also a luggage strap on the back. The luggage strap is a little tight, in my opinion. It does have a tiny bit of stretch to it, so that may be enough.The inside of this case is roomy. I put my laptop in the sleeve on the left. The right side has a zippered enclosure for loose items, like chargers, batteries, cords, cables, etc. In between halves is a padded piece that has elastic holders for pens, charging cords, etc. There are small pockets for things like SD cards, keys, or small items. I like the large zippered enclosure since it keeps stuff organized when you are carrying it around. No more flopping around and losing stuff inside the case. It's zipped in and the compartment is covered with mesh to prevent shifting around of the contents.The closures are all zippers and seem to be well-made. The anchor points for all straps are good and secure. The outside finish of the case allows it to be wiped off with a damp cloth for cleaning. I wouldn't submerge it in water, but it should hold up to a bit of rain if you have to be outdoors with it.I think it's a good value for the price. (currently just under $38 USD) It's got a nice, professional and sleek appearance. It's sturdy and protects valuable electronics. And it is great for organizing your stuff so you won't lose it. I recommend it.
