Get this one its the best for the money
The Replacement CPU Cooling Fan for Intel NUC8 series turned out to be a total lifesaver. My NUC had been sounding like a mini jet engine, and I was dreading the idea of retiring it early. Swapping in this fan was straightforward, and the moment I powered the unit back on, it was whisper-quiet again.
