Hardware stuffed into the flagpole cylinder
I almost returned the item for missing hardware but upon closer inspection I found the hardware stuffed into the cylindrical tube on the hitch. One of the nuts for the anti-wiggle screws is slightly mis-aligned and made it hard to screw/unscrew one bolt. With a bit of oil and a pair of pliers I was able to work the bolt in and out until I could adjust it by hand. Manufacturer should include a simple note when unpacking the bubble wrap that hardware is inside the tube. Otherwise unit works as advertised!Note: holes for the hitch pin were misaligned. I had to file the holes with a drill bit until I could get the pin to secure the flagpole hitch to the hitch on my vehicle. A nuisance but it works now.

It is solid but the flagpole holder portion is HUGE!
If you are going to mount the flagpole from your front yard, this may work. But I have never seen a vehicle-style flagpole that is TWO-INCHES WIDE! The standard 6ft flagpole is about one inch to one and a half inches in diameter. The screws that came with this won't even reach a one-inch diameter flagpole. I had an inch and a half flagpole I also tried, but the screws wouldn't tighten enough on even that wide a flagpole. You will have to modify something to make this work. I do not understand why they would make the flagpole holder so huge. Aside from that it is decent quality.

It works well
Goes right into the 2” receiver. I drilled extra holes for fitment on my application, but it came with two holes pre drilled.

Sturdy, but manufacturing issues...
One of the threaded holes on the side that you put the flag clamps into was threaded/angled completely wrong and can't be used. They also don't feel like they would hold a flag very securely. The actual metal/hitch part is sturdy as heck, though. There may be a way to customize or fix it but I'll need to take a better look.

the hitch pin is useless
the hitch pin it comes with is too short for any receiver. other than that it did pretty well. mine had some questionable welds but all in all I cant complain

Easy peasy
Very easy to install. Fits 2" OD flag pole perfect.

One problem. Wobbles just a hair with the hitch.
Item wobbles just a hair inside the hitch. Causes flag pole to sway noticeably when it is fully extended. Have to find a shim of some sort.
