Adaptor is fine but the earth pin had snapped off when it arrived (it was just scrunched up in a plastic bag). Still works with some jiggling but when sending out these plugs, you probably need to put a rigid plastic protector over the pins (they come on other products even when they're already sent in boxes), or put it in a box. I know you want to save the environment but...

Replacement power supply works well and is of expected condition. Nothing much other than to say if you need one then this one works well.
