Perfect fit for 3.2L and 3.6L Pentastar
I had to do spark plug change for a 2014 WK2 Grand Cherokee with 3.6L Pentastar, and a 2016 KL Cherokee with 3.2L Pentastar, and discovered that Chrysler, in its infinite wisdom, decided to directly mate the plastic oil cooler housing on top of the aluminum engine block. This is an obviously bad design choice, and it's a matter of when, not if, the oil cooler housing will fail, from the combination of heat and vibration. Another issue is the oil filter housing is known to crack when people put too much torque while tightening the filter cap. While this is more of an issue when you take your vehicle to less-than-reputable places for oil changes, where torque wrenches just aren't a thing, the fact plastic becomes brittle with heat and age means it will eventually crack even with the proper torque specs. Since I had to take out the upper manifold to do the spark plug change, I decided to take a couple of extra steps to remove the lower manifold and drop an aluminum oil cooler housing in. In both instances, this part was a perfect fit, and I didn't have to do any wiggling or mad science to make it fit because it's the exact same shape as the OE part. Additionally, the oil temperature and pressure sensors were both already torqued down and had threadlockers, so I didn't have to deal with them. I didn't use the included manifold gaskets for both installs, and went with sets of Fel-Pro. I also changed out the included oil filter with Mopar MO-349, and the plastic oil filter cap with a chromed aluminum one that is also available on Amazon. After driving both for a bit, there wasn't any indication of leak. The sensors on both sets are fully operational. All in all, the aluminum oil cooler housing is definitely worth installing if you're about to replace the spark plugs on your Pentastar, as a peace of mind.

Nice
Appears to be very nice quality, fit is perfect. Install was simple and did not leak (the seals are great quality). Seems like a good quality unit and reasonably priced.

Oil cooler
I give this 5 stars. I had to wait until I could put it in my vehicle. It worked perfectly and the price was great. Especially compared to the dorman. Sensors already connected and came with manifold gaskets. The job wasn't bad just time consuming. It was going to cost 850 at the shop. Save the money do it yourself there a great video on utube by Tyler potter.

Works nice but the oil sender is always wrong
I like the price but when the oil sender doesn’t fit the vehicle it says it fits then you’re spending $70 at the dealer for a sending unit that the seller says fits your application. A 2016 wrangler doesn’t use the old 3.6 sending units. The new model uses a smaller oval plug.
