I bought this Anti Snore Mouthpiece after seeing 4..8 stars & 1000+ reviews.It arrived and the materials seemed good quality & the directions simple…BUT after placing in boiling water for the recommended 25 seconds, the thermoplastic does NOT soften enough to fully sink your teeth into.I then proceeded to leave in boiling h2o for longer…Still didn’t soften enough…my teeth sank in about 1/3rd.Also, it isn’t very wide. It’s like for a child’s mouth. Luckily, I have a small mouth.Anyway, I then tried it out. THIS DOES NOT WORK!The idea is that you adjust your bottom jaw forward and the mouthpiece has different peg/hole configurations to keep it in place…advancing it only 1 hole was painful to keep my jaw that far forward.Plus, as soon as you lay down and your jaws go slack, & your mouth opens, the mouthpiece is useless.Turns out all those reviews are for other items, NOT this mouthpiece!How can you return an item that has been in your mouth & has your teeth impressions?DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

My wife has been telling me I snore… a lot! Tried a couple of different solutions that didn’t work until I found this. It’s easy to use and I slept through the first night without snoring… at least my wife didn’t wake up at all to tell me I was snoring! Happy wife, happy life.

I'm a 6 foot, 280 lbs man. The tooth tray is too narrow for my big man mouth. It would fit my wife or daughters.

First of all, don’t believe the number of stars rating this device. They are combining ratings with, of all things, pet pee pads, an item that has nothing whatsoever to do with this. Read the reviews and you will see: many of them are not talking about an anti-snore mouthpiece. Why is that even allowed??First, as to the device itself: both top and bottom of the device are nearly identical, so it’s nearly impossible to tell what is top and what is bottom.The directions say to soak it in boiling water for 25 seconds. I had to soak it four times in boiling water for a couple minutes each time to make the faintest tooth impression. My jaws were aching by the time I quit, and they still had only the faintest impression.The top and bottom together are so thick I couldn’t close my lips over them and mouth breathing was unavoidable, so if you enjoy waking up with your tongue feeling like a slab of leather, have at it.In order to actually open my airway, I had to adjust the lower jaw out beyond what my jaw could physically tolerate, given how thick the device becomes when you put top and bottom together. It was quite painful.All told, deceptively advertised, completely ineffective, and totally unusable. I will be returning it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have tried other anti snoring devices and woke up with an tooth ache. This device does not give me that pain. It works well and my wife agrees. The directions are a little confusing but you can figure it out.

This mouth device it's a miracle. I was reviewing many other mouth devices and found out that this one had a great review, so I decided to try it. I'm happy that I bought it. My husband complained that I didn't let him sleep every day, but he's grateful that I stopped snoring from day one.If you're struggling with the snore, don't think twice about getting this device. You'll sleep all night and let the others sleep too.

This product is garbage. Instructions are in broken English, presumably written by someone in China with limited English language skills. At first I was leary about even putting this in my mouth, not knowing what kind of material it is made from or if it would release chemicals when heated for molding. But I did.. and after performing the molding to my teeth, the top and bottom sections became fused together at the rear. This prevented the adjustment which is the whole point of the device. After carefully cutting the top and bottom apart with a knife, I set the offset by one notch (the smallest possible adjustment). At that point, this contraption would barely even fit in my mouth, let alone sit properly against my teeth. I've worn many styles of nighttime mouth guards for many years so I am not a total newbie. Maybe this one would fit perfectly for Andre the Giant, but not me. Total waste of money. It ended up in the trash can.

Too big and bulky to wear all night. They fit fine and easy to mold but they were so thick I couldn’t sleep kept waking up
