I have been suffering with Trigeminal Neuralgia (also known as Suicide Disease 😖) for a month. I went to A&E and was given some strong meds that brought on side effects that made them not worth taking.I read that Magnesium can improve or even cure the condition (along with Folate), I have been taking the Magnesium alone for a week and have seen a massive improvement. I will be taking the Folate with it now to hopefully be completely cured.I was referred to a Neurologist through NHS as an emergency referral, but haven’t heard from them yet, which is very disappointing considering the severity of the pain.I would highly recommend this quality product.

I take one of these about an hour and a half before I go to bed. Helps me to sleep and also lessens aches and pains in muscles and joints caused by arthritis and the ageing process!

I take three in the morning, and aches and pains virtually gone. When its time for bed, I'm noticing that I'm feeling sleepy an hour or so earlier than I normally do, so I'm getting an hour more sleep most nights.

I feel like a different person since taking these tablets. For years I have been taking cheap Magnesium supplements from supermarkets with very little effect. These are a revelation. I have much more energy, I feel more positive, and am really enjoying life so much more.

Magnesium is a must supplement. It helps with a good nights sleep, keep bowels regular and helps all the other vital organs stay in good working order.
