Adapter works but did not provide expected resolution for remote display
Purchased this for use with a 2012 Mac Mini, which reports resolution support for 2560x1600 when using the display port and 1920x1080 when using the HDMI port. I was only able to get 1080 from either port.Had hoped to use this as the 'display' for when I want to connect remotely and run dual screen, at a higher resolution than 1080p.The device does work, just not as expected or hoped for and not for the resolution as advertised.

NOT AS ADVERTISED
Can only get 1080p on Mac. On Windows, I had to create custom monitor resolutions to get anything higher than 1080p30Hz. Once I created the custom resolution, I was able to successfully get 2560x1440 @ 60Hz. Since you cannot easily make custom resolutions on Mac, this does not work as advertised.
