Although arrived in time, had difficulty trying to fit what I wanted personalised as they can only do 20 characters with spaces on each line. When arrived, the spine of the book was bent and the personalisation was pretty cheap looking. It was for my daughter but if it was a gift I’d have been abit embarrassed. I suppose you get what you pay for. A few years earlier I had purchased another similar item for £10 more expensive and hoped it would be to that quality. Unfortunately it wasn’t. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great either.

Quality of paper is awful
