I did not think it would fit with Large battery , but it fits like it was made for it !

I bought several of these. My 1/5 rc cars can warm pretty quickly. These fans make me feel like I’m being responsible and keeping the temps down.

I can't say much about the heatsink other than it does fit very tightly on the HW 5690. Unfortunately the fins on the side would not allow the motor to fit in the Xmaxx.I did use the fans with a 3D printed mount however and they do push A LOT of air at 7.4 volts. They were working great until some big air jumps broke all the fan blades. So I would say they do a good job cooling, but maybe not the best option for big bashing.

Fits on castle 2028 motor. A bit snug but fits. Fans work great for running on 2s

1. The fans have a plastic shroud which can cause the fan to flex in the steam and break fins with bashing type vehicles or if you hit something with a truggy.2. The screws come loose under vibration.3. Lastly the fins are so wide on the bottom they won't fit in an xmaxx but it does fit the motor perfectly and it fits a tp motor as well but it could have an issue with other trucks as well that use a lot of bracing with mounting.Over all it seems like it could be a decent heatsink with some of these improvements
