Seychelles Women's Snare Boot

I have a few pairs of Seychelles booties, but these are the lowest cut, right at the ankle. I love the metallic fabric of this bootie. Other booties I have had are a little bit higher where my foot meets my leg and I often wear 8.5, which has worked well because my left is slightly longer than my right foot so I have to compensate.For this shoe, it is slightly looser and the zipper is more of decoration, doesn't help the form/function of the shoe. However, I think the 8 would be too tight for my foot and I don't want to have heel blisters, so I decided to keep 8.5. All in all, a versatile shoe and great Amazon price!

The Seychelles Women's Snare Boots are very cute. The top of the boot has an opening on either side of the ankle which is an interesting detail. I'm hopeful that the booties will retain their new appearance and not have this part of the boot flap down. The right one is showing some indication that this might happen. When I first tried them on with a thin socklet the boots seemed a tad big, but not sure a 1/2 size down would be a good fit so today I'm wearing them with a slightly thicker sock and they are super comfortable. I'm happy with my purchase so far!!

Love these boots but gave only 4 star because of a few issues. Ordered my regular size. 7/12. My heel kept coming out so I ordered a 7. Had to put heel pads in those. They still slipped a little at first but seem fine now. Love the look and the leather is beautiful. As one reviewer said "don't even think about low socks not showing." She was right. But u can't tell that much so I kept them. I wore them all day to work where I stand and walk on hardwood flooring. Only started to get sore after 7-8 hours. No blisters.

I ordered these in metallic silver. Very nice color, not too shiny. Goes with a lot of outfits. Also they are comfortable. However, after wearing them 3 times, the zipper broke on one of them. I like them so I'll be paying to have them fixed. Be careful with the zippers on these.

Fit was great. Color was darker than the ones seen at a department store. The blue I wanted was a denim blue. These were a very dark navy blue so I sent them back and went back to the department store and paid more :-(

These boots are gorgeous! The only thing I regret is not sizing down. They kind of flip flop on my feet. I'm hoping with a pair of very low ankle socks it would prevent them from flopping so much

I would buy a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally. Basically, I can not wear the boot do to the size being to large.

These are adorable and comfy! I got my standard 8 1/2, and they fit perfect right out of the box with room to wiggle my toes. I have high arches/instep, and no problem there, either. The taupe is beautiful and will go with a variety of outfits. This is not a bootie for inclement weather, but can't wait to wear them in the spring/summer. Exactly what I was looking for! I got them for an excellent price because they were supposedly "used," but looked brand new when they arrived. Coveting these in the black leather now. Get them, you won't regret it!
