I tried these JointFlex Patches because I have tried so many other patches and while some helped, I was looking for something easier to apply and that would stay on while moving. I was aware that the "technology" of this patch is different than the typical pain relief patch, and while not convinced it would work, I was willing to give it a try. I think they work! It's rather hard to describe because they are, in fact, unlike other patches. Super thin and almost like a little piece of fabric, with no smell at all, and not very sticky, so very easy to apply yet stays in place, which was the #1 thing I was looking for. But that's just the start of what I like about them. #2, no smell and no heat or cold from chemicals; #3, after just a few minutes I noticed much less pain! I can't say NO pain, but it's more like I wasn't thinking about the pain anymore; #4, I wasn't aware that I could leave the patch on for multiple DAYS, not hours, and it stays on even after showering; and #5, I bought a pack that has multiple sizes, including little round patches that I'm using more than the big patches -very convenient. I see some people say these patches didn't work for them, so maybe the fact that it works with your body heat isn't effective for everyone, but they seem to work for me and Im very impressed.

I had high hopes here. It was placed on my shoulder and seemed to help a little, so while it was still on, I put them on my elbow as well. They started to itch a bit, but I figured that was because they’d been on for a couple days. My elbow never did feel any different pain-wise, but the itching started to get to me, so I took them off. I must have been allergic to something in the adhesive, because the whole area was red and puffy, with a couple purple splotches as well. I don’t fault the company or Amazon. Allergies happen. This is just a warning to others with sensitive skin.

This product is amazing! It worked seconds after I placed the dot/strip. The strips/dots are very durable it attached so easily to my skin and stayed in place for 5 days. It is very easy to use and provides me with immediate relief…with no menthol or smell!My lower and mid back pain has improved tremendously since I’ve started using this product.

The items were not large enough. Very small and did not adhere to the body

NOT HAPPY WITH THESE PATCHES DO NOT FEEL THAT THEY MAKE A DIFFERENCE. WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Not as effective as some Cream alternatives
