Great value for the money
Fantastic product for the money, it holds up my three 22 inch monitors perfectly,Pros, good and sturdy strong long reach on the arms, arms are easy to set up and to move about,Cons, can be quite fiddly to put together and the instructions are not clear as to where all the nuts and bolts go, the main arms are quite stiff when you unpack the device, and you will need a 13 mm spanner and a 10mm spanner, and a screw driver, plus an Allen key to put it together, I can't remember if the Allen key came with the set or not, but you will need theses tool to put it together,OK that's it

Decent, but assembly is a real project
This mounting system is true an engineering marvel -- and I mean that both sincerely and facetiously.I purchased this particular triple monitor mount because you can adjust the height and it doesn't disappoint. I'm quite tall and most of the other mounts would have been too low to be comfortable. The way this thing works is pretty clever and it's perfect for what I need. However, the assembly instructions were unclear and some parts were mislabelled. If you've ever struggled assembling IKEA-style flat-pack furniture, this product is not for you. Only purchase this product if you're up for a project and have at least an hour for trial and error. Also be aware that the openings in central pole for cable management are quite small and only with a lot of effort was it possible to pass through 3 power cables, 3 DVI cables, audio cable, and a USB cable. It was a (fun) project, but not for a fainthearted.

Good, not great
Good, not great.Plus points. The stand itself [the pole] is robust and once attached to the desktop isn't going anywhere.Once assembled, it does just about cope with my 3x 24" monitors, though I had to resort to putting the middle one upright (portrait) because in any other configuration the side monitors ended up practically flat - leaving me with a very wide virtual screen. Now the not so good parts. While the pole is solid, the arms aren't so much. The joints especially where the monitors are mounted tend to come loose very easily.I had to disassemble the mount for each monitor and swap the washer inbetween the two halves of the mount [which are basically bolted together using what is meant to be a lock-nut, but it doesn't seem to "lock"!], to the top of the bolt just so the mount didn't "undo" itself whenever the monitor was turned or go knocked. Having done that, it seems pretty solid.I find that the monitors tend to "twist" too easily, and that when they do, the hand-tightened bolts which keep them in place come undone, making them even looser, so you end up tightening them all the time. It's not bad for £50, but I don't think I'd buy one again given a choice.-----------------------------Update: I've had a little while to play with it, and I've found a configuration that works for me.I've figured out that if I have my monitors in an "H" formation - i.e. the side screens portrait, the center screen landscape it works quite nicely.NB: I have my stand mounted on a "sit - stand" desktop, so the portrait monitors are resting on the raised part of the desktop - thus alleviating the droop and twist I otherwise observed.

Not suitable for 32"
Just taken delivery of this mount which i thought was selling at a great price. However i can confirm that 32" lcd units will not fit side by side as advertised. I have my doubts as to whether the arms are even strong enough when fully extended to hold the weight of the monitors attached to them. I guess 27" would be the very maximum i would use for this mount, at least you would be able to angle them in slightly to give a good working/viewing angle.I'm going to try for a refund but not holding out much hope as ive had it assembled onto my desk.

Basic design faults - will not handle monitors at 8.3kg
When you first open the stand it looks solid and well made. Only when you actually set it up do you find the issues.I was mounting two 26 inch Iiyama monitors weighing 8.3kg each. Well within the specification limit of 10kg per arm. But when these were mounted and the horizontal Allen bolt tightened to its max the monitors still drooped so that the bottom part of the monitor moved away and the top towards me. Also the plastic hand screws on the top off the VESA mount to secure it to the arms sheared too easily when hand tightened.I contacted the vendor and provided multiple pictures. They accepted the fault and sent out a kit of parts to correct the issue. Sadly the wrong parts were provided. I sent further photos - actually the same ones again and they admitted there must be a problem with a plastic ring and asked me to buy one locally or to return it to them and they would refund the postage. At this point I started the returns process with Amazon and then received emails from the seller offering to send a return label! Not impressed with the quality or speed of their support.

Good
I like it, upto 3 screen's, easy configuration to just have two. The whole thing feels strong. I have two 24" monitor. And its good, not much wobble, when you close draw.

Does the job at a low price.
Have my doubts about the monitor arms strength but time will tell. Easy to asssemble, put the 3rd monitor mount on the top only to find my Samsung 27" didn't have vesa mounting so had to sit it on the desk, this is no fault of the bracket, obviously it's my mistake. My verdict, Great value for money.
