Nice neutral colour. It feels solid and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Meets my needs in terms of space, size and capacity. However if you want to store more than a few t-shirts and pyjamas (eg Jeans, towels etc), you may want to purchase a bigger one - see picture and pardon my folding skills which aren't that great! :-)

Quite good only complaint is that the top board where the Velcro attachment is ...warps under weight and it's only a matter of time before it may break. Mine is only about a quarter full and not that heavy. This top part could have been double ply to make it stronger and less inclined to warp/break. If you filled the hanger and the side pockets I think the three stud rivets at the top would pull through before too long. Will see how it goes??

These shelves are excellent quality and space savers. I ordered two and they arrived on time. I put them up straight away and started to fill them. The next morning I noticed that some of the stitching had split at the top of the unit. Neusu happened to write to me that day asking for feedback. I took a photo of the split stitching and sent it to them. They replied within five minutes and apologised for the fault and ordered another one for me. They also included a wonderful storage bag for free by way of an apology. Both items arrived today. The new shelves are perfect and the storage bag is very large and already packed ready to go into my loft. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and their products. It is not often that customers are dealt with so speedily and positively. Thank you, Neusu!

The first one I received was slightly faulty but easily fixable so I did not bother mentioning it to the sellers until they contacted me to see if everything was okay. I explained the issue and by the next day I had a replacement item and an additional storage bag free of charge without requesting me to return this one. Exceptional customer service from Neusu. I felt like they really value customer service and quality control.In terms of the product. It is slightly on the pricey side of things but you get what you pay for. The replacement I have holds more weight then I thought and is well made. It feels very sturdy, holds its shape well and is not flimsy like other ones I have used in the past. At the moment I have each shelf packed with t shirts + jumpers and the side pockets holding my running tops and the thing holds the weight comfortably. It was quite heavy actually lifting it on the rail I had quite a bit of weight on but not too much.Overall really impressed with the product and the customer service from Neusu was outstanding.

Absolutley excellent product. This is the second one of these i have ordered as i was so impressed with the first one. Perfect size, very robust, the velcro which holds on to the hanging rail in your wardrobe is very strong and doesn't accidntally open even with a lot of weight on it. The shelves are a good size and can accomodate a pair of shoes or even 2 pairs depending on size and the shelf bases are strong. Very handy mesh pockets on sides too. May get another when I sort my other wardrobes out. Price was very reasonable too and was delivered on time well packaged.

Very sturdy and is holding with no problems (have been using it two months). I gave it 4 stars as one of the eyelets that attached is to the velcro had come out, but I'm assuming that i could have return this if i wanted to (but just didn't want to go through the hassle).Other than that, can't fault it! hold its shape really well!update June 2017; The shelves finally gave way and the part that holds it to the rail came away from the rest of the unit. In hindsight i really should have requested an exchange when it arrived faulty as I think it would have lasted longer. Disappointing but worked well while it lasted..

the "shelves" are not very high so don't expect to pile things up. for example only one bath-sized towel fits on one shelf. On the other hand it's much easier to find what I need...The material is of good quality and the shelves don't bend so things don't fall behind them as they do with similar lower quality products. The attachment to the rail is also sturdy and so far it has held all a fully loaded unit for a week. The side pockets are very convenient for smaller items or "solid" objects. I keep my clothes roller, socks, tights, body tape...

This hanging organiser is fab! It is well made, sturdy and exactly fit for purpose. Its great asset is that the shelves are fully reinforced with a proper shelf support base that goes right along each shelf front to back. This means that the shelves do not sag. Having bought this sort of organiser in the past, and been frustrated with the way things fall out because the 'shelves' can't cope with any weight at all, I am delighted to find one that acts like a proper shelf unit. The pockets on the side are also very useful. It is not the cheapest around, but the others I have bought have been a waste of money, and so this is worth it in my view. Happy at last!(NB for any caravanners/motorhomers out there, this would also be a useful addition to the wardrobe set up!)
