Cement Residue Remover
Well, my stupid husband paid £10,000 for a new patio and shortly afterwards he put a large board on one part of it and mixed up a load of cement to do another job. Needless to say he got a lot of cement off the board onto the lovely patio and there was a lot of cement residue on it. I was hopping mad but it's been like it for quite a while now until I looked on Amazon and found this stuff among loads of other products. This seemed to have the best results so I bought it. Well, today, being a lovely day with no rain forecast, he did the work on it and it's fabulous. Not a sign of Cement residue. It was hard work he said, and you need a very stiff brush after it's been applied, but he had a wire one. Would highly recommend and a very good price too.

Great but a lot of work
I recently laid a porcelain patio and did the grouting too. This was my first task as such and I’m no landscaper. 80square metres for reference. After grouting and cleaning up, the following day I noticed white marks, which when the patio is wet, doesn’t show.I was depressed ! After all that work thought I did something terribly wrong. After much research found that if your porcelain has tiny perforations or indentations, grout will seep in no matter how much you cleaned off before the grout dried.Wet you patio, get this in a 1 bottle product to 4 bottles water mix. Use a brush or squeegee ( depending on area ) and lather it on rich. Leave for 20/40 minutes depends on stains. If you have grass or plants then you want to mop this up into a bucket before rinsing with a hose.Any stubborn stains and you unfortunately have to scrub at it using same about steps and elbow greese. Leave for 20/40minutes.Hope this helps any that is in a position that I was in !

Brilliant product.
Needed to get some cement marks off my new patio. This product definitely works. Sometimes I had to apply several times but eventually it removed it all.

Does not do what it says
Its a good product but had to use without mixing as it did not remove the cement stains as sated so a bit expensive as it does not go far .Would not purcahse again.

Buy this!!!
The media could not be loaded. After trying all sorts of remedies and other chemical products (none of which made the slightedt difference) this did the job with ease. This was a mixture of cement and grout residue with epoxy glue in it too that has built up over a year leaking from underneath an unsealed step. Layers upon layers. You can see it bubbles as soon as it makes contact. In my situation, the combination that worked for me was a slightly stronger solution than they recommended (this went on my porcelain tiles) 50:50 or in the more resistant areas, neat… using a wire brush, wipe with a micro fibre cloth and then a final rinse with water. I was about to call a builder to replace the tiles as nothing had worked but this worked. I needed 2 bottles but it was the best money I’ve spent.

Works on textured tiles
Used to remove grout from dimples of textured tiles. It won’t work alone, you need to invest in copper cleaning brushes and a drill but together it did the job well

Didn't do anything
I bought this product to remove grout residue and grout haze from newly laid slate floor, it had no effect at all and I tried it 3 times, I bought another brand and it worked a lot better but still not perfect

Brilliant
The media could not be loaded. Really amazing, worked so much better than expected. Had lots of cement residue from removing stupid cork tiles from the top of the original quarry tiles in the kitchen which wouldn't budge with regular cleaning products. This just lifted it all with very little effort. Smells quite a lot like ammonia but it does the job. Chuffed!
