When I purchased initially, unfortunately product was faulty. But the supplier manufacturer rectified the problem by sending a new unit. They stood behind product, and admitted it was faulty. They stayed in contact constantly to see if I was satisfied.The unit itself is great, suction just right, not to hard. Care needs to be taken while using as it can suck hard and make a red mark. The results are great. I use as a weekly hydrafacial. The unit does need recharging after use, but then holds charge until next weekly use. I would not recommend sitting for long periods of time without charging.Definitely would recommend this product.

The suction is not as powerful as I thought. The Mist is for cool air only. The battery life is long, it is easy to use

This product is really nice. The look of it is nice, the heads are decent, and it's easy to clean.You MUST wash your face before using this. You need to open your pores for the suction to work. The suction could be stronger but it works for most areas of the face. In addition, it left no bruising anywhere.I haven't used the mist function yet so I can't comment on that.

Not too many pore compartments and battery stopped recharging after 3 weeks and only four uses

I have bought many of these pore suckered and this one is the best, would recommend to anyone.

Works but the programming of this device stinks. The button acts randomly and you need to keep on pressing it trying your luck.

Only gave 4 stars because the suction on this is really strong regardless of the setting, which makes it a bit hard to use. However, I love the mister and use it a couple times a day. It is made well and pretty and was delivered on time.
