Energy level improvements
There are two things I've noticed most with taking this combination for about a month so far and those are my sleep quality and my energy levels. I am prone to feeling tired and sleepy a lot but this has quite substantially improved. As far as weight loss benefit goes I think it's too early to tell and I am following a balanced diet with exercise too but if these are helping then great!

I have been taking these capsules for a few months now and they work they suppress my appetite so I don't feel hungry. I have lost a few pounds in weight and my IBS symptoms are reduced.

Surprised!
I was a bit sceptical when i purchased these pills as i have tried similar products without any results. However, these pills are great. They suppress your appetite and give you energy which in turn makes you eat less and not crave all the wrong foods and be just that little more active than you usually would be. This in turn helps with weight loss which is gradual.These pills are not magic and wont make you lose 2 stone a week but they definately do help you lose weight at a safe healthy rate and make you feel good.I would definately purchase again

good price, good quality
I have bought green coffee beans before and have found them really good to assist in weight loss and therefore when I went to renew my supply and found this product I thought I would give it ago.I have been very please so far and feel that I have even more energy and have managed to keep slowly losing weight.The cost of all three together is also really good compared with some other products of the same type.

So far so good
I gained a bit of weight this year so I'm looking to get back to a better physical condition. It's still early days but I've lost a few kilos since taking these (along with diet and exercise) which could just be water weight. I've had green coffee and ketones before from other suppliers and they seemed to work for me in the past, the package was perfect for me since I wanted to try out detox pills for the first time too.I don't feel any adverse effects at all which is always a good sign. I can't say I've gained more energy or anything since I'm usually quite energetic. I'm taking these solely to shift the fat, and it's doing that at the moment.

Feelin great.....
Was sceptical at first but I have to admit I have noticed some positive changes since I started taking these suppliments.I dont feel bloated after meals anymore,my energy levels have risen and I certainly seem to be getting a much better quality sleep.The weight loss hasn't happened yet but maybe I just need to take them for a little longer but will certainly buy again for the other benefits.

This product is great, I've noticed I'm not snacking or eating as much as I used to, and can go the whole day without feeling the need to eat anything, then I have dinner in the evening. Even though I'm eating less I don't feel tired or lethargic, and find I actually have more energy and wake up feeling energised rather than sluggish. I tried another brand of Raspberry Ketones last year but the half empty bottle is still on my desk, I stopped taking them after a while because I found that they didn't seem to do anything, and went back to using Innopure.

I'm a bit disappointed if I'm honest as I thought there help you lose weight? I've been on them for over 2 months now and don't see much off a difference and I got to gym 4 days a week and also dieting (I have a treat day at the weekend)...however I have noticed a change in my energy and strength! I can manage more at the gym now and I'm not as tired as I use to be which is why I continue to take them
