This is very easy to use and writes well. I bought it to cover the numbers on a painting my numbers and it works perfectly.

...something that is almost indistinguishable from a similar item. A paint mark on the base is a good move. I have used these pens in my time as a hire manager to 'fill' engraved company name markings. A quick wipe whilst still wet left an easily read logo on every lead, light, and sound source. It does not matter if the paint pen 'blots' as you can dip and write a la stylo à plume. Holding a store of paint on an old jar lid or similar and dip the pen and write. At the price not much comes close and a 'blotty' writer can still be used.

I bought this pen to write a house number on our newly painted wooden gate. After tracing a paper cut out of the numbers on the gate we have filled it in using this pen and another Uni Marker but with a thinner tip. The result is a nice and neat number on the gate. It has so far withstood the rain, wind and sunshine perfectly and there is still plenty of oil paint left in the pens to write quite a few numbers. It is easy to use, just unscrew the top like on any other market and first pump the paint into the tip by pressing it on a piece of paper for a few seconds, once the paint has filled the tip it can be used and only occasional pump ups are needed to refill the tip. Very pleased with this pen.
