Its four 15 minute routines that can be done one at a time or together.. All containe a few minutes warm up, main excerise and slow down.. I have now done all of them in two 15 minute batches.. Instructions are clear and fun. Jessica is a very good motivator and the music isnt bad. She has two other ladies with her one does the easier version of the excerises and the other lady the harder, Jessica follows as the middle ground. There are no swats or laying down, all the excerises focus on abs to varying degree. You dont need too much space to follow the routines. I have knee issues so was looking to find excerises that dont cause me issues. I can see me using this DVD for some time as its very easy to just pop in and out. When you are done you do feel as though you have had a good workout.

Really good DVD with low impact workouts

Flabby Muscles Begone!
Short of time, or someone like me, who, for whatever reason, can't do floor exercises? Then this gives a work-out to tone arms, legs, & the bit in between. The disc has a 5-minute Warm up section, and 5 15minute 'walks' which incorporate various movements, thus: 1) Brain Booster, 2) Belly, Buns & Thighs, 3)Power Posture, & 5) Boogie Down Walk. There are also 2 15 minute bonus workouts specifically targeting Feet/Ankles, & Knees/Hips. You can choose any/all of these in whatever order you wish to customize your workout to suit your needs/time available. Half way through a 15 minute exercise a timer appears onscreen counting down the minutes/seconds, a useful little aid if one is flagging! The advantage I find with this disc is that there are no complicated moves to learn. It's simply a case of look, listen and copy, and therefore it is easy to keep up - and the moves change frequently so boredom doesn't set in. A great way to get your heart rate up and tone those flabby muscles! I would recommend it.

Aimed at older/overweight/or physically limited people.
This is probably the easiest workout I've ever done, and I have around 100 workout DVDs. I think it's aimed at older people or people with limitations (I bought it because I've been sedentary for some months and gained a lot of weight, so wanted something easy to ease me back into exercise). My heart rate was elevated slightly and I sweated mildly, and I'm sure I was in the fat burning zone (which is a fairly low intensity zone that makes your body burn fat stores rather than increase fitness so much). The music is good and lively and Jessica is a personable instuctor, but I wouldn't recommend this for anyone younger than 50 or who isn't overweight or with other limiting factors. If you're moderately overweight/borderline obese and want to get fitter, I think you'd surpass this within a week or so and it wouldn't be challenging enough to up your fitness (you'd probably plateau quickly). Still, I give it four stars for the people it would be of benefit to.

Another winner from Jessica
Brilliant cd. I love all Jessica Smith fitness dvd's, she's so likeable and this cd doesn't disappoint. Great for all ages and abilities, 4 great workouts broken down into 15 minute sessions, some a bit more strenuous than others but all "do-able" whatever your fitness, she's got her mother Debbie with her doing the exercises at a more gentle pace and her friend who's more strenuous, both standing behind her so you can follow one or the other oro Jessice herself.. She moves you from one set of exercises to another with plenty of warning so you don't get confused and left behind. If I'm pushed for time I just do one or two of the sessions or if I'm feeling energetic I do all 4 one after the other and you really feel that you've done a good workout without needing to collapse on the settee exhausted. The good thing also is they;re all done in a little 4 foot by 4 foot space, you're not leaping about over a big area, so if you're limited for space it's great. I bought this and the Walk On 5 Fat Burning Miles at the same time, a brilliant price of £20 for the 2, cheaper than gym sessions and in the comfort of your own home. I love them and can defo recommend them, whatever your fitness. If you get too fit you can always fling yourself about a bit more !

Short routines with no floor work
Like that they're only 15 minutes, so they're great if you want to do a bit of fitness when you don't have much time and I sometimes do 2 together if I'm feeling keen. There's no warm up as you get straight in, but it's not that intense, so I think that's fine. There is a brief cool down at the end and I usually do a few more stretches once she's finished. The full routine is walking (jogging optional), so there's no need for a mat or weights or anything. I find Jessica easy to listen to and like that you have her mum and friend doing different intensity levels. This is not a dvd for exercise freaks, you'll feel like you've done some exercise, but won't be dripping in sweat! There's 4 different routines, so you can alternate to avoid getting bored.

Mit dieser DVD hat man wieder eine optimale Sammlung mit Sonnenschein Trainerin Jessica Smith. Auf der DVD befinden sich vier verschiedene Workouts á 15 Minuten. Das mag zunächst nach wenig klingen, aber man sollte sich nicht täuschen lassen: auch 15 Minuten können es ganz schön in sich haben und selbstverständlich wird man nicht davon abgehalten, gleich alle vier Workouts zu machen. Die Einheiten sind folgendermaßen unterteilt: Fast Fat Burn: Zunächst einmal eine herrliche Kulisse - draußen auf einer weißen Veranda an einem Pool, da kommt man irgendwie direkt in Urlaubsstimmung und es fällt einem erstmal nicht auf, dass hier gleich in schnellerem Tempo gewalkt wird. Die 15 Minuten sollen reinhauen, also macht Jessica einen Interval-Walk daraus, bei dem auch Übungen wie double side step, hamstring curl, football run (huiuiui!), half jumprope, kicks, chacha und jumping jacks. Wirklich anstrengende 15 Minuten, die aber sehr viel Spaß machen. Belly Blaster: Hier dient ein helles Wohnzimmer (oder sowas ähnliches) als Kulisse und bei diesem Workout sind die Übungen auf die Bauchmuskeln fokussiert. Knee lifts werden zum Beispiel mit crunches kombiniert, aber auch Schritte wie der cross step, v-step oder der heeldig werden absolviert. Auch hier ist der Spaßfaktor sehr hoch! Power Pick Up: Wieder geht es raus auf die Veranda und Jessica erklärt während des Training unter anderem, dass auch 15 Minuten Training wirklich etwas bringen. Jedes bisschen Bewegung bringt etwas und Jessica macht wieder auf ihre natürliche, sympathische Art klar, warum man gerade welche Übung macht. Speziell hier kommen auch Kickboxing Elemente dazu und sie schafft es jedes Mal, dass keine Übung langweilig wird. Dance Party: Der Titel ist Programm, diesmal wieder im Wohnzimmer und die Stimmung ist mehr auf Fun als Sport ausgelegt - wobei Sport mit Jessica IMMER Spaß macht. Es gibt die klassischen Schritte, die aber eher tänzerisch interpretiert werden und auch ein paar Discoschritte aus den 80ern finden hier ihren Platz. Alle vier Workouts werden zusammen mit Beth und Debbie absolviert, was bedeutet, dass wieder eine Low Impact Variante sowie eine Version mit noch mehr Power demonstriert wird. Jessicas Schritte sind nie zu schwer und auch nie öde. Immer lässt sie sich einen gewissen Pepp einfallen, der für genug Abwechslung sorgt und ich kann nur immer wieder betonen, wieviel Freude ein Workout mit ihr bereitet. Jeder, der etwas für sich tun will, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen. Auch für Anfänger bestens geeignet!

Ich liebe die Strahlefrau Jessica. Immer fröhlich und motivierend. Da sie in den einzelnen Einheiten von 2 weiteren Frauen begleitet wird und diese beiden verschiedene Schwierigkeitsgrade vertreten ist alles für jeden Fitnesstyp machbar. Ich trainiere ansonsten mit ihren YouTube Videos und bin von der dvd hellauf begeistert.

You can't go wrong with Jessica's workouts, they're brilliant. Although, watch your diet people, otherwise you won't lose any weight!
