This brace should allow some ventilation so it doesn't slip. It depends how much you sweat and what activity you are using it for but for day to day it should be fine.

Q: can you wear while plying golf?

You could wear it under a shirt while playing golf, but it could be seen (a little bulky). Also, because the inside pulls heat from the body to soothe the back pain, it could be hot to wear. I wear mine every day, all day, for every activity.

Q: What is the difference between this backbrace (tan/orange) and the black one that you have listed?

they are both light weight braces. The black one is more rigid, than the tan one. If you need one that is light weight either one will do, but someone who needs a lot of support these aren't really the best at that. You neeed one from a professioanl brace company.
