Fairly decent letdown.
I have a MIM Left Handed Stratocaster, and this did do it's job... One problem, there are 5 holes (one in the middle of 2 of the bolt holes, this is for a micro-tilt feature that my most Tele's/Strat' don't actually have), Personally I'd say this product is essentially pointless as most of the people who'd buy this probably own a Mexican/Japanese Strat who want to just change the plate for aesthetic reasons (to look good), because the extra hole looks ugly, and I'd recommend the plain "F" neckplate. Fender '70s "F" Guitar / Bass Neck Plate (4-Bolt) isn't quite as cool, but looks a lot better without the extra hole!!
