Fairly fast delivery although a little expensive but the actual product is great. Very easy to fix onto the wall, with all the fittings included. You fasten a bracket onto the wall and the fire slides on to it. The flame effect is good and the heat from the fan heater bit is effective in warming up the room. All in all, well worth the price,

Really pleased with this fire, looks lovely in my lounge and makes the room feel very cosy. It is easy to hang and gives out good heat, I would recommend for the price.

Cracking good value. Looks slick, great effects combinations. Fan little bit noisy but arn't they all.Heat blows out top though whereas I would prefer something that blows out / down. Tenant will love it.

This fire was a replacement for one we purchased a few years ago. Love the different colours you can have it on, plus I like the backlight at the sides, very happy with it. It has a lot more going for it than my old one like a timer and thermostat great value, and quick delivery.

This is absolutely lovely, exactly what I was looking for and the price is fantastic, the only thing that I would point out is, and it's nothing to do with the fire but the fitting, if you are having this mounted on a firewall you cannot conceal the cable, but would have to have trunking as we found out when an electrician came to fit ours, it's ok but would have preferred the cable to be hidden behind the wall. Still over the moon with this purchase.

brilliant fire. bought this and could not get it to work so contacted the seller , then Chris the MD contacted me straight away and told me to turn thermostat up stupid me , then worked fine. loads of different lights and backlights to suit the room and does look a lot more expensive than what I actually paid for it. well worth it

Looks nice when on the wall, but was damaged... looked like it had been dropped causing dents underneath the fire. Been as they wouldn't be seen when on the wall as they wouldnt be seen. Look carefully before assembling.
