Nice gadget
We use this for measuring tennis serve speeds. It’s good value and goes the job well. I particularly like the voice, because the screen cannot be seen in the sun.

Drains batteries fast
Not very good value for money doesn't hold battery life for long, only get a short time of use before it's dead. Took it to 2 training sessions, in 22 weeks, both times times on new batteries, both times stopped working after a short period. Just sits in the garage now un-used. Wish I hadn't bought it. It is good when it works and fun for the kids, but my whole experience with it is disappointing

Ideal for tennis club.
We bought this for a fastest tennis serve competition at our village fete. It was a fund raising event and paid for itself quite quickly. Accuracy wasn't that important but it seemed to be pretty good.It is easy to operate and was used for five hours non stop so doesn't eat batteries. Perfect for what we wanted.

Almost Great!!!
Bought for tennis, it appears to measures the speed of the ball going over the devise rather than service speed which is measured as the ball hits the racket. For example a serve losses approx 1/3 of its speed by the net (the best position to put the devise) so if it shows 66mph on the devise the serve is really approx. 99mph! It is accurate though so although the speed may not be right, it won't be right all the time and you can work it out from there :)

Works ok
Lets face it for £64 it is never going to be an all singing all dancing product. You do have to trial and error a bit to find the most suitable sweet spot to pick up the speed but once you have it works fine and consistently. ~Bearing in mind it picks up the speed as the ball approaches rather than when it leaves the players hand the speed will be less than those guns that measure the speed at time of release. It is not priced or designed as a professional sporting aid so don't expect it to be but if you want to see how quick you or your family and friends are at bowling/throwing etc. it does the job fine.

Not accurate
Tried this for months and compared it against the reliable trackman for golf and the club head speed is no where near the trackman as it varies from 2% to 65% difference. Waste of money.

Really Good
If you need a sports speed gun this could be the one for you. YouTube offer some excellent set up suggestions too

Excellent
Excellent performance, and at a £1 for two attempts on a fun day, we made over £250 - paid for itself, job done !Easy to use, very clear, good features including memory storage - doesn't chew up too many batteries either
