Love this tea. Definitely gives me a good night's sleep. Best tea out of all the bedtime teas around.

I love these teas, I suffer from Chronic insomnia so these tea bags form part of my toolkit for a night's sleep, I can feel the effects compared to a night when I don't have a cup. They do not drug you or contain anything addictive but instead you feel calmer and more relaxed, as well as being really tasty and healthy. I can highly recommend these and others from the Yogi tea range.

Nice tea, lovely before sleep. I wish it would be bit stronger with higher valerian concentration. Otherwise lovely tea, great for the price

Like most things I buy for my very independent Mum, I glumly expected this to be handed back to me with the usual "You shouldn't waste your money" rebuke. However, more fool me as I was quite wrong.My Mum has suffered terribly with a broken & poor sleep pattern for many years. At 92 there are reasons such as severe night cramp but often just simply wide awake for no reason until 7am leaving her in a Zombie like state for the day and feeling poorly.She gave this a go replacing her 'last cuppa' PG Tips and from the outset, drops off immediately and easily gets 5-6 hours unbroken sleep. 3 weeks in and still the same result.We are delighted, sleeping pills have been rejected due to fear of being disoriented and unsteady if she gets up in the middle of the night. Whilst she still has to have a loo break, she walks steadily and goes back to sleep straight away.Nothing else has changed in her routine which leads us to believe the tea has helped. I don't think she necessarily 'loves' the taste but neither is it too bad to put her off.Not a cure, perhaps effects may not last for ever but for now, she trusts and relies on the benefits. Night cramps 90%+ better too but that is probably down to getting sleep for the first time in quite a while.Fingers crossed.........

If you ever had any benzodiazepines medications then you will know how it helps you sleep and how it relaxes you and reduces anxieties. This is literally stronger than the calming medication I receive from doctors.If you need help with anxiety, sleep aid like zopiclone then this tea is for you. I don't drink for it's taste as it's nothing special. I drink for it's effects, it's works better than taking a sleeping pill. VERY Very recommended tea!
