Absolute rubbish. Very stiff and do not cut at all.

These scissors will do the job on my mixed breed dog. In summertime we need a good shave and in winter his hair gets so long that he needs some "tidying" up. These scissors will do that, keep him neat by removing some of the excess hair on his sides and legs, without making his fur look uneven as it would if I used a clipper. If you have the patience to spend some time on your pet I recommend this product, although the first time I tried to use it the blades kept touching to each other and i need to use some extra force to make them slide. Other than that it seems to be working fine now.

As a hairdresser, the Wahl Steel Thinning Scissors (6.5 Inch) are decent for the price. The quality is okay—not the sharpest or smoothest, but they work well enough for basic thinning or as a spare pair in the salon. They’re lightweight and comfortable to use, which is a plus, but they’re not something I’d rely on for precision or heavy-duty use. Overall, they’re good to have as a backup or for quick touch-ups, but for professional results, I’d recommend investing in higher-quality scissors. 💇‍♀️💈💇‍♂️

Handle slightly small for my fingers, (I do have big hands), but still perfectly useable. Nice and sharp. I have only used them a couple of times to thin the hair on the dog’s ears but they were very easy to use. You soon learn how best to use them, I started on the insides so it wouldn’t show if I got it wrong! I found it was very easy to layer the hair so that your cutting didn’t show. You need to cut little and often, regularly brushing the hair to remove the bits you have cut. The ears are particularly of concern when grooming as they are an important part of the dogs temperature regulation. If you have long silky haired dogs like mine, they also quickly get in a mess and need constant grooming. Never take to much of the outside of the ears, as the hair protects them from the sun, this is where the thinning is done. You can trim the inside of the ears short, and you dog will be more comfortable in hot weather.

Recently I've purchased a number of pet grooming items, some branded, others not. This set of Wahl scissors is the item I'm probably most disappointed with. The scissors feel cheap when in use, they are stiff to open/close and when closing them the teeth scrape together. Often this means that hair isn't cut at all, just trapped between the two blades. I use the scissors on my Cockapoo, she has a nice soft coat, which is easy to cut. She also fidgets a lot and wags her tail when cutting so I need scissors that work, and work quickly. These don't and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to use them and have a nice smooth coat on their dog at the end of the trim.

Scissors are not as smooth as anticipated. The thinning blades are smaller and closer than expected. Required lots of snipping to get a satisfactory thinning.

Robuste, maneggevoli e precise. Il mio cane è parecchio diffidente a farsi ridere. Con amore e queste forbici sono riuscita da sola a casa ad accorciargli il pelo nei periodi di cambio muta. Ovviamente non rende come il rasoio. Ma non facendo rumore eviterete di spaventare inutilmente il vostro piccolo animale. Le lame hanno una rifinitura particolare per cui eviterete correre inutili rischi di tagliare il vostro animale mentre le usate

Gibt es keine Minus Bewertung? Das ist der letzte Schrott, stumpf, komplett locker. Nee das ist nix. 😡 Da lieber vor Ort eine Schere kaufen. Die taugt nur für die Tonne.
