... to me, this is the one to go for! (Awesome Level 9000 being a close second)Personally, this is Smash Up returning to what made the base game so great: A brilliant variety of unusual antagonists (never normally seen together) forced to team up. The factions are wonderfully varied in playstyle, but also in semantics. It's nice to have an unusual combination of factions (where other expansions tend to follow themes)Additionally, this expansion ignores some of the extra complexities added by the likes of the Cthulu / Munchkin expansions. It's not that the additional rules were bad, but the added complexity made it harder for new players to pick up, favoured the factions that could use the new rules or would limit your deck / bases in play. Here, you can pretty much plug in the new factions straight into the base game and get cracking. I included it in a session with a few new people, and no one had any extra problems picking it up. So if you're purely looking for more variety to spice up the base game - I'd definitely say to give this one a shot!So what do you get exactly?Sharks - They race around destroying weaker minions and building strength as they do. They are genuinely intimidating (and fun) to play against, as the entire field now feels like dangerous waters where any weak minions will get chewed upDragons - They mess up bases to make them terrible for others to occupy. Word of warning: This tends to attract a lot of swearingGreek Myths - They build minion power with actions and have a great range of actions (favours of the Gods) to playSuperheroes - Relies on a small elite bunch of super-powered units with weaker ones to help bring them into playTornadoes - A fun faction that specialises in disruption and moving everyone about the place, be it themselves, allies or enemy minionsHang on... that's 5 factions?Heck yeah! It's a naughty little surprise snuck in by Alderac (it's the 'Shark Delivery System' they advertise... if you get the reference, it means you have an atrocious taste in modern B-Movies and should feel very ashamed). So contrary to the product description - You actually get 100 cards and 10 bases in this deck. To me, that makes this one a no-brainerMy only quibble is that the artwork doesn't seem to hit the same mark as the original. Many of the cards look fantastic (the Superhero Deck and the design of the Dragon / Shark Minions) but the designs of others (especially the Greek Myths faction) seem a little confused. They're a bit too... "cartoony" for the artistic style. When you have such beautifully detailed cards; characters with unusually large eyes just looks... odd

Great expansion. Only tried once so far. Sharknado seems a bit overpowered for now. All factions habe very interesting mechanics.

Awesome! Not much more I can say... other than, if you haven't played smash up then get on it!! I've always said Dead of winter is my favorite game and while it's still an incredibly close second... I have to say this is now my top! There's no real setup, it's ridiculously fun and every time you play it's different! I've got two expansions currently but really want them all.

This Smash up expansion, offers 5 New factions, Sharks, Dragons, Superhero’s, mythic Greeks and Tornados (which is titled as Shark delivery service) the cards are beautifully ilstrated and colourful. Overall, this expansion is a must have for the core set to Smash up and will smash well together with the previous factions (I.e Super wizards, Greek dinosaurs)

Brilliant! This would work well as your first addon to the base Smash Up game, the factions here are diverse and playable enough to fit right in.

It's your fault is another expansion for Smash Up! This time voted for by fans. It ends up being a great pack and good value thanks to the included 'Shark delivery system'! The factions are well themed and balanced operating in a way you would expected. Recommended particularly if it's your first Smash Up Expansion.

Smash UP: It's Your Fault is an expansion to the base game but can be played with two people as a separate game. The game itself comes with 4 additional factions + 1 additional surprise faction. I originally purchased this game because I am a huge fan of Sharks and more specifically STREET Sharks! The art work done for the sharks is absolutely amazing and probably my favorite thing.Overview of the FactionsSharks!: Well the sharks are great because they are all about destroying weaker minions and as they destroy stuff they gain power. Similar to the Vampires in Monster Smash. I have already mentioned the artwork but they also feature some really awesome abilities that are triggered by minions being destroyed. They also have a minion that can jump from base to base and destroy weaker minions that are on those bases.Tornados: This is the surprise and it is advertised on the box as a "Shark Delivery System" hinting at the beloved SharkNado franchise. Yet another reason I had to purchase this expansion! I love me some sharknados. And while the Tornados are great with the sharks they are also good as a stand alone faction. Their main ability is picking other minions up (Yours and your opponents) and Moving them to another base of your choosing. They are fun to use with the tricksters who pride themselves on irritating other players.Greeks: I am going to be honest the Greeks are probably faction I understand the least. Their abilities are pretty simple but I haven't figured out how to use them in terms of strategy. Essentially when you play an action card it triggers certain abilities your minions have to cause a chain reaction of some kind. Again I don't know how that all plays out because I rarely use them. I'm sure there is a better use for them, I just haven't found it.Dragons: While the Dragons aren't my favorite faction but they are definitely in my top five because of their abilities. Their main focus is on messing with the base cards whether it is lowering the breakpoint or lowering how many victory points your opponents get once the base scores. It has fairly strong minions and it would be a great combo with the dinosaurs who pride themselves on sheer strength.Superheros: The superheros are pretty awesome in they are just what their descriptor says, superheros. This means your minions will be strong and have awesome abilities. Their lowest card is called the "Mild-Mannered Citizen" and essentially when you play him, on your next turn you can destroy him to search your deck for a level 5 or less and bring it out. Another thing this deck has is ways for your to bring cards back from the discard pile to recycle your superheros once they are either destroyed or the base scores. They are a formidable foe when they are teamed up with the Zombies because they balance each other out and the Zombies let you bring cards from the discard pile quicker.Overall I have really enjoyed the flavor and variety that this expansion brings to the game along with bringing us SHARKNADOS! Okay okay they aren't that great but Hilarious and fun to use. I would recommend this expansion to anyone that likes lighthearted strategy games. AEG also has fantastic customer service. IF you have a problem just email them and they are quick to resolve any issues you may have.

This is a great expansion. All my friends loved the new factions. The box only lists four new factions, but this is actually 5!!! That was unexpected and a great bonus.

The factions in this set are BRILLIANT!All 5 (yes, there’s a bonus faction included) factions get regular playtime!The Sharks are potent. The Dragons are brutal when paired right. Super Hero Princesses are murderously powerful….If you own smash up, you NEED this expansion!
