Love this product! All natural vitamin C capsules. I am always looking for organic supplements with trusted natural components and no unknown preservatives and fillers! Very happy, I can feel the health benefits.

I bought these tablets because I heard Amla was good for you and has more Vitamin C than an orange and my immune system is not very good and I rely on Echinacea. Its very difficult to get fresh Amla in the UK and if you can get Amla in supermarkets it's very expensive. I sifted through all different makes of Amla tablets but this one appealed to me so I thought I'd try this brand. On first impressions, I felt it did make a difference over Christmas and the New Year where everyone at my work place had cold & flu symptoms and I managed to avoid being affected - not sure if it was down to Amla . I only take 1 tablet a day because I want my body to get used to adding this to my daily vitamin regime but may start taking 2 per day. I think I will most probably stick to this brand and will definitely add Amla to my daily routine. Kay

Difficult to tell how good vitamins are but no upset stomach after taking and took alongside honey, lemon and ginger for a cold and it only lasted a couple of days, so maybe the extra natural vitamin C did the trick.

Excellent product. One of the best, if not the best Vitamin C available, anywhere on the market. Expensive, but, well worth paying the higher cost - due to the quality, freshness and effectiveness of the organic ingredients, within each capsule. However, persevere with it, cos, it will most certainly be highly beneficial, in assisting and recovering from serious illness and maintaining good health, thereafter.

One of the best, natural vitaminC I have taken. Gentle on the stomach. Very happy how this top quality vitamin has been processed in its natural form. The ascorbic variant I was taking before gave me stomach cramps. Until I further researched taking vitaminC in its natural form. I chosed True Veda due to the fact I already have purchased the curcumin, magnesium citrate from the same company and very happy how they are dedicated and passionate about their products. I hope to see a natural form vitaminB complex developed by them. Brilliant products and very happy customer. Will be definitely buying my vitamins from this company.

I like this company. I use their Ashwagandha and ordered the Alma. Comes in dark glass bottles which is good. Have only been taking the capsules for a couple of weeks and I cant say I have noticed any real difference but its early days and I will continue taking them for a bit longer. They are a wee bit expensive but I think they are good quality. The customer service is very good as they always email to see if you are happy with your product
