I'm delighted with this lamp - I tend to use CND Shellac, and for 4 years have been using a cheap UV lamp, which takes ages (2 mins for every coat, and not particularly 'even' curing). I received the NailStar a couple of weeks ago, and it's fabulous - extremely good value. It's really easy to use, and has 3 settings (30 sec, 60 sec, 90 sec). The LED lights are arranged in the curve of the hood, which seems to give much more even curing for thumbs and sides of nails. It's excellent value and a really good quality product.

My Wife's Review:I decided to do CND Shellac at Home and after researching several machines I decided to buy this one. The cost is very low and it's of great quality.I am a complete newbie at this, but I had no troubles learning. The machine works with both UV and led polishes, so you don't need to worry about purchasing one type of polish only. Besides LED is faster and you don't need to change bulbs.It has 3 settings: 30', which I use for the base; 60' which I use for my 2 or 3 colour coats; 90' which I use for my top coat. The lights come on automatically when the hand goes in. The hand fits fine, with space to spare, and I have done my feet too. I would certainly buy this product again.

Pros: I bought mine so I could have a go at polygel nails and it worked a treat! It's got enough power to cure them within 90 seconds. It's a great light and really affordable for the quality.Cons: Like most of the cheaper lights you just have to cure the thumb separate to the fingers but I don't find this too much of a drawback.

Love it and so easy to use great with the timer and detachable bottom which is so handy for doing toes because I struggled with previous lamp which was small etc this one is very good size and everything

I have used this lamp about four times so far andi am very happy with it.It does everything that I would expect it to do.I like the design as well and the fact that it's light and small to carry if I would choose to.I like that it has three timer options: 30,60 and 90 seconds. The lamp switches itself on when I insert my hand in. However if I have just one finger in there I find that it works better Andy stays on if I press the buttons myself and also have my finger further into the lamp as otherwise the lamp switches itself off. This is probably since the sensors don't properly recognise that your finger is inserted..It doesn't bother me too much though.I would definitely recommend to anyone that want a good light and practical lamp.Thank you.

The media could not be loaded. I used the lamp the day it arrived and was succesful in completing the whole of the right hand but on the last nail of the night the lights on the left hand side of the lamp started to flicker - so after about 30 mins use I guess. I thought I wouild give it a second chance last night as I only wanted to replace one nail and as soon as I started the lamp it flickered. I have returned it today and ordered a different replacement but it's a shame as the lamp was lightweight and was a good price but clearly a defective one.

So I decided to buy the nail star uv/led lamp as it combines both and I think it will be worth it since it can cure different types of gel nail polishes. It is my debut home gel nail thing but I am very happy with the result. Very efficient and cheap as well.The customer services of the company already sent me an email to let me know that they are available for any advice or if something goes wrong which I found very nice on their behalf.My next test would be to cure the CND shellac to see if it will cure as good as this one.(Currently used the aimeili gel nail polishes and gel nail set.

My second set of lamps from you 😃My old ones were great just replaced after 5 years as original ones not broke just started to look tired after lots of use and varnish on them 🤪
