Enabled me to swim in the pool and sea after breaking wrist. Cast completely dry after using. Instructions easy to follow. Need a helper to hold it open whilst you insert cast. Cannot speak highly enough. This produced saved my holiday.

I ordered this for my mother who has recently had surgery on her hand and has a cast from hand to a few inches short of her elbow. She's only a short lady so I didn't want one that was too long and I was also trying to avoid getting one that would feel like she was wearing a freezer bag.She loves it, though she does need help to get it on and off as the 'cuff' is quite tight and needs to be manoeuvred over her cast which isn't easy with just one working arm. In appearance and texture it's a bit like a giant arm-shaped swimming hat, but heavier duty rubber.It works - which is surely the most important thing. I also think that anything of this type that's covering an out-of-commission arm is going to be a struggle to get on or off so I don't hold that against the product. Better tight and waterproof than easy to get on and leaky.Well done!

Used daily in shower after I broke my wrist to protect plaster cast. Has worked exactly as required and retained shape. My cast has remained dry and I’m pleased with the product.

Great idea though a bit expensive, watertight but when i slid it over my plaster cast, because the rim is tight, it hurt a sensitive area. Might not be a problem for everyone though. Will keep to lend anyone else who needs it.

I'm so delighted I can't help myself. I cracked my wrist last week and have been intensely frustrated by the unwanted cast on my left hand, which, of course, is supposed to prevent me continuing my winter swimming project, for which I have spent two months acclimatising myself to the autumn sea.Anyway, against all my expectations, this morning we tried this, and a) it was easy and quick to put on (it is basically just a large floppy rubber bag with a smaller opening which fits tighter round the arm), and b) it worked completely. Only five mins spent in the sea, but not a drop came through. Dry cast and bag interior.Durability: basically this is a large and much thicker balloon. It shouldn't perish, so the only risk is of anything sharp tearing it. So with care, it should last the predicted four weeks.Bless you Bloccs, a great British small firm in S Glos. I'm ordering a spare, and may you stay afloat through all the beastly Brexit turbulence.
