I was sceptical about these but they do work. I have big issues after eating ice cream and drinking cows milk lattes so I've avoided them for ages. But I went to a coffee shop which only had cows milk instead of oat, so I took one of these pills before drinking it and have had no issues whatsoever! I have also had it before a creamy italian pasta dish and same result. So far so good!

If you're deciding between this or the blue Milkaid one on Amazon get this one! The pills are much smaller so it's easier to swallow multiple at once and they don't taste awful like the blue reformulation. I repot and carry these around in a tiny travel pot and it lasts me a good while.One star off because the pills create a ton of very fine powder that's annoying whenever I need to refill. The bottle comes with a big wad of cotton in the top to try and capture it but it kicks up whenever you take it out. However I hate the blue ones so much I will still buy this, I just repot.

They're amazing. I can eat a whole pizza and be fine!Have recommended them to anyone who tells me they are struggling when eating lactose. Some friends have also tried and now swear by them too. Thank you!

Considering I am Lactose intolerant, I have used many tablets over a couple of years & I find these to be the best ones as I never have any effects.

I have been using these for about 10 months now and they work. I couldn't eat cream, ice cream or cheese without feeling really ill but taking these has been a real game changer. On the odd occasion that I've forgotten to take them I certainly realise how much they help!

Works just as well as the other lactase products dosed at 9000 FCC ALU.I presume a lot of people think they don't work when the 3000 FCC ALU did because most of us lactose intolerant people start off with the lower dose. We find it works but not well enough. So we Google and see we need to take more. Then we decide to buy the higher potency stuff to save money and just take one tablet instead of three. What the one star reviewers don't realise is that 9000 FCC ALU isn't enough for that cheeseboard either. You'll still need 3,4,5 or more per dairy-laden course per meal because it turns out you're an awful lot more lactose intolerant than you thought.They work beautifully if you dose correctly but that's a very individual thing.
