Good for when you have a fever to help keep you cool. It also feels nice and cold on the head when I have a headache. Doesn’t take the headache away on its own but offer the comfort and relief.

works for those who don't want to pop a pill in their mouth and you pull off the strip and stick it to your forehead its nice and cold .

Great for migraine relief and fevers
Absolutely love these. So helpful when I get a migraine as it helps to soothe and relax the area. Great to keep in the home first aid kit as well for fevers. Stays cool for hours. They dry out from the outside in so they edges can be a bit solid after awhile.

Expensive brand and doesn't work that well
I have used these for many years. However, I have not been impressed with them lately. Because the amount of gel is barely there, mostly just an empty strip. I've actually started buying the cheaper versions because they work so much better.

Para las personas que padecemos migraña, estas tiras heladas son maravillosas. Te calman el dolor y te refrescan la frente durante varias horas. Incluso son excelentes para disminuir la fiebre. Valen muchísimo la pena.
