Good quality cotton and lengthwise it covered up a 5ft 4 " girl down to her knees. Material is not too thick that you couldn;t easily hem it if buying for a shorter child

My wife likes the apron. It is, however, much darker than both the Amazon picture and the picture on the packaging. Also, counting the rows of tents, it is shorter than expected.
