Please read the instructions first!!!
Please read the instructions first..it is very simpleI live is Texas and the allergies are just plain awful...I've tried everything from nasal sprays to allergy medicine and nothing works..then sinus problems show up because of the allergies.I don't want to take sinus meds.. been there, done that, it dries your sinuses out and recovering from that takes longerI remembered I had a box of Nasodren and refreshed my memory on how to use it...I've got almost instant relieve from it.Yes, you have runny nose, sneezing etc for a few minutes but this is the only way to get the crap out of your nose....it works

Extemely painful
I read online that this helps to drain the sinuses. It is extremely painful to use. I actually paid my husband $500 to try it, and he did in both nostrils. Sorry, but this feels like tiny little razor blades in my sinuses.

It works for me!
I've suffered from sinusitis for many years and I turn to Nasodren whenever my sinuses need a complete reboot.I first tried Nasodren back in 2015, as none of products that were available through the pharmacy worked for me. My immediate thought was that it was much stronger than anything I had ever tried. My sinuses were in a pretty bad state at the time and I was pretty desperate so I decided to stick with the spray despite the pain and the sneezing fit that followed each application. I'm glad I did! My symptoms eased after about 7 days and I started to feel much better. I actually ended up buying a second bottle, as I could see that it was working and that my sinuses just needed a little bit more cleansing. My sinuses were fine for the past six years and I managed to maintain them with just nasal rising but I've recently been quite ill and it had an impact on my sinuses. All the usual sinusitis symptoms returned and it was time to buy another bottle of Nasodren to fix this. I'm now on day 6 with the spray and my symptoms are almost completely gone. I don't like applying Nasodren, because of the sneezing and runny nose, but at the same time I look forward to it each night. I know that just a few more applications and then my sinuses will be better and my life can return to normal. Here is what I do to make it less painful and to speed up the healing process:1. I do nasal rinsing before each Nasodren application. This was actually a tip from my ENT specialist. If you rinse your sinuses first then this will allow the spray to do its job.2. I hold my breath before I apply the spray.3. I hold my head vertically and push the spray nozzle all the way up in my nostril. This minimises the burning sensation in my nose and the spray goes straight to my sinuses.4. After I've applied the spray in both nostrils in very quick succession, I carry on holding my breath for about 10 seconds. This seems to help reduce the pain.5. I brush my teeth and gargle with warm (sea) salty water. I tend to do a lot of coughing when I have sinusitis and I find that doing this extra steps helps with the coughing.6. During the first couple of nights if I can't sleep because of my sinusitis then I take an Actifed, which can give me about 4 hours of restful sleep. Don't get addicted to it though! I find that after a couple applications of Nasodren I start sleeping better again. Actifed stops your mucus production, which is very much needed for clearing your sinuses, so I don't take it during the day.7. I drink plenty of water, do some gentle stretching/exercise and get lots fresh air during the day.I have to say that I have a relatively high threshold for pain so this might not work for everyone but I just wanted to share what I've learnt on my sinusitis journey so far. Good luck and I hope you'll find a solution that works for you!

Amazing in combination with other sinusitis treatments
Been using it for the last 14 days. Almost every day, but missed twice or three times. Tremendous help, i can breath at night now and it has almost cleared my sinuses. It stings a lot at first, then the unpleasant feelings subside. It's not pleasant but it's really worth it. I've been suffering from sinusitis (CRS) for over 20 years, tried lots of stuff over these years with little relief, several surgeries back in Russia, various steroid sprays both over the counter and prescribed by GP, antibiotics. Finally was referred to ENT in a top UK hospital (UCLH) and was put on maximal medical therapy (two 6- week courses of low dose antibiotics, first Doxycycline and then Clarithromycin, Dymista steroid spray and warm saline irrigation twice a day). After about four months, the relief wasn't significant and the doctor said they would do an (ESS) surgery. After I added Nasodren to all that, I improved dramatically, with only some minor discharge left on one side. The doctor examined me today and said that it looks so much better, that he stopped antibiotics and cancelled the surgery. He said he would look into Nasodren to see if other patients with similar conditions will benefit from it. I will now take a break for 10 days and then will buy another dose of Nasodren to get rid of residual symptoms, then maybe another one if needed. I would rather get some violent sneezing for 15 minutes for two weeks, then undergo full on surgery under general anaesthetic. However it might not work for people with similar conditions (long-term chronic sinusitis) if used on its own. And some unlucky people might be allergic to it. I actually tried similar products with cyclamen such as Sinuforte and even home-made drops before (without added antibiotics, steroid spray and saline washings), and it burned and hurt as hell and wasn't even remotely as helpful as Nasodren is now. So it should be a combination of all of the stuff I've been taking I guess. Plus maybe an antihistamine component in Dymista steroid spray (which I use twice a day) makes my reaction milder as well.

It works...
I’ve had chronic sinusitis for 8 weeks now, and have tried everything from a salt rinse, to four different courses of antibiotics and nothing worked. The steroid spray slightly helped but my ears were still popping everyone time I swallowed and the pressure slightly eased.Just received this today and all I can say is that I’m in total shocked, I sprayed once in each nostril and it burned so badly, my eyes went red but suddenly it seemed the whole world moved in my sinus area and everything is finally coming out! Yes it is uncomfortably but that means it is working, I already feel like everything is clearing up, I couldn’t be more relieved. I do want to make it clear that it is very uncomfortable for half an hour but if you have had chronic sinusitis for 2 months then it couldn’t be more worth it.

This product works and works well, however you *must* read (and remember) the destructions...
Oh, and get "pre-lockdown 1" quantities of TP and/or tissues in stock as you are going to need them...Used as the enclosed leaflet suggests then you will probably only feel a mild fizz and slight discomfort as Nasodren goes to work. Keep tissues handy. However, forget what the leaflet instructs and snuffle this stuff like Sinex or any other nasal decongestant (I only did this once, ****) and you are going to feel like your schnoz has a hive of very very angry wasps fighting a nest of feisty fire-ants up there! Get all your tissue stock close by.. and ask your neighbours for theirs as well.Holy Mother of (insert your Deity here) and all the saints and sinners.. This is what Carolina Reaper snuff must feel like!

In two minds
2 years ago I started to suffer from a congested nose which came with having sinus issues during the summer period and it's happened every year.I have tried many product on the market, steroid, hayfever, essential oil & instant relief nasal spray. All worked in terms of relief but never really cured as each have their cons.Im still on my mission to find the perfect product which is why I bought this product even with the reviews.First thing I will say, this product is not for children or anyone with a low pain threshold, this spray is like essentially putting chilli powder up your nose or if you ever experienced coming into contact with a pepper spray you will know the feeling.I must say it did clear up my nasal passage for now, nose is running like a tap but it took approx 15 min for the pain/irritation to calm down your eyes may feel a little itchy aswell.Unfortunately as I'm writing in day 2, my nose became congested after 2 hours so I had to resort to using my instant relief sprays.Note: You have to mix the saline solution bottle with the powdered bottle which then has to be screwed into the nasal spray top.
