Amtech G0665 50mm (2") Scraper with Soft Grip Handle

I'd used stainless steel filler applicators for years with good success, however, there tends to be one problem - regardless of how well you clean and dry then they get rusty.The plastic applicators of course do not rust and apply filler in the same way. They are also slightly more flexible, which for me is a plus.This pack provides a number of different sizes, including a few slimmer applicators which I find easier to use. Some of the other packs come with larger applicators which are harder to use.I won't be going back to steel after using these!

pretty basic tool but well made and a solid feel to it in the hand.

If you have ever used 2 part filler you know if it goes off on a scraper it's the end for it. You can clean these down very easily and the plastic can be shaped easily for contours or beads.

They spread wall filler smoothly 👍

Simple and effective tools.

Found them not as flexible as the steel ones to use for filling.Good using them to clean the hob .

I bought this to help remove dried floor tile glue in my kitchen. I have back problems so getting down on the floor is an issue. A friend recommended an extendable scraper and this one looked good enough.It was more than good enough. The parcel arrived on time. The instructions are on the back of the packet 4 steps putting it together and a small paragraph at the bottom on how to flip the blade to reveal the sharp edge. So simple and easy to follow.After assembly I sat on a chair then got to work. I used this effortlessly. The glue came straight up. No dents were left on the floor. With even pressure applied, whilst scraping, the floor was left even and smooth. What would of taken me a day to do took less than an hour.The only minor issue was the plastic handle felt a little bendy when pressure was applied but other than that a great tool I would definitely recommend.
