Have been taking these for around six weeks from a ...
Have been taking these for around six weeks from a 12-week supply, supporting dietary changes and regular exercise. Stools became larger and softer after ~1 week and one definitely has the feeling of being 'empty' after the inevitable happens. I'm losing weight though it's very hard to say how much is due to which lifestyle change.They make burps smell of apples, farts smell of vinegar and stools just toe-curlingly awful, but the odour is volatile and dissipates rapidly [unlike before, when it'd hang around the house for hours... sorry kids].I'm permanently on proton-pump inhibitors (30mg/day) for gastric reflux and the apple cider vinegar definitely *has not* caused me problems. However, I do take these at different times of day - apple cider vinegar last thing at night at least two hours after food and PPIs first thing in the morning at least one hour before food - to avoid possible interference. Likewise, I keep vitamin supplements for a different part of the day. Be sure to drink sufficient to wash the apple cider vinegar down as research shows a low level of risk from internal chemical burns from capsules that haven't made it to the stomach.

Doesn't make you lose weight try the liquid instead that works better if you can stomach the taste , these just make you have indegestion or bad acid reflux , and really bad stomach cramps

Wonderful product
After having taken the Apple Cider Vinegar for several weeks I am amazed at its efficacious properties. Pain in joints normal for an aging frame have disappeared.

The tablets arrived quickly, were securely packaged and well presented and both my wife and myself feel the health benefits that Apple cider vinegar brings. I would thoroughly recommend this product to anyone with joint pains, arthritis, or similar issues.
