That's a huge plus. ​- Smart Add-ons: I really like that they added probiotics, powerful antioxidants from green tea and grape seed extracts, and especially BioPerine®. BioPerine is a game-changer because it helps your body absorb all the good stuff in the capsule. It shows the company put some real thought into the formula. - ​Vitamin K2: It includes a solid dose of Vitamin K2 (MK-7), which is crucial for bone and heart health, especially when you're also taking Vitamin D. ​The Not-So-Good Stuff (The Catch): ​- Some "Window Dressing" Ingredients: A lot of the "extra" ingredients, like Choline, Inositol, and Maca Root, are in very small, what I'd call "window dressing" doses. They're likely too low to have any real, noticeable effect. It looks good on the label, but don't expect a big impact from them. ​- Standard B-Vitamins: While the B12 is great, some of the other B vitamins, like B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) and Folic Acid, are in standard forms, not the more active, body-ready forms that the BioCare supplement had. For most people this is fine, but for someone with specific needs, it's something to consider. ​Final Verdict: ​Overall, Nexgen® PRO is a fantastic choice. The core of the product - its highly bioavailable minerals - is excellent. It's a premium supplement that prioritizes absorption and quality. Just be aware that some of the extra ingredients are in a lower concentration than you might expect for a full therapeutic effect. So, I grabbed Reflex Nutrition’s Nexgen Pro Multivitamins & Minerals 'cause I needed something to help with my early runs and keto stuff, you know, boost my immune system, help me recover, and give me energy. I liked that it has 33 active ingredients right away — like chelated minerals (which absorb better), Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Zinc, and even live probiotic cultures. After a couple of weeks, I felt better during my workouts: less tired and I recovered faster between sessions, especially after those late ones. My immune system seems stronger too — fewer sniffles or days when I'm not feeling it when I'm working hard. The split dosage over meals helps avoid that crash or upset stomach feeling. If you're active like me and want a good multivitamin, one that's well-made and actually does more than just the basics, this is one of the best I've tried. I definitely recommend it, especially for runners, keto people, or anyone who needs more than the basics.

A good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement. I find they aid recovery from my heavy weightlifting sessions without breaking the bank.

When people say stuff is the best, I often don't believe them. so I don't blame you if you don't believe me but these are great. As it's a capsule containing powder it dissolves and is absorbs quite quickly into the bloodstream, almost instantly giving you a boost which is definitely noticeable. the contents os the tablet as i understand are of a very high quality also. Don't be put off when seeing the colour of your urine ( illuminous yellow/green) after taking these. This is simply because you either haven't eaten enough/at all or haven't had enough water. Make sure you take these with or after a meal. Otherwise you body simply excretes the tablet, giving you no benefits. I found taking 3 of these a day a bit unnecessary as you should be eating food (inc vegetables) over the course of the day anyway, so should be getting vitamins in naturally, which meant I took one maybe two at most.

This multivitamin definitely increased my energy levels and made me feel more awake during the day. You need to take one capsule every 3-4 hours, so it's 3 a day if someone missed this bit of info. It is really different to a standard multivitamin: you can feel it working on a daily basis but that goes without saying for all Reflex products.
