Very well made, quality a good gift.
All the tools work well, small number of allen key sizes, very well made plyer grips made in a way that works well. Blade just over 2in.-don't forget the pin near the corkscrew hinge. 3 star points, 3 cross-head points , 2 allen key sizes, all held in by compressing ball points. A great present to give anybody

best tool I own - and I own a lot of tools
My son bought me my Cybertool for my birthday probably 18 years ago - he was a teenager and must have saved his saturday job money for ages, because even then, these weren't cheap - they are really pricey now. I would be lost without it, and worry if I think I've mislaid it. It has travcelled everywhere with me and I use it everyday, in many ways. The screwdrivers are brilliant, the pliers too, and the scissors. The blades sharpen really well. I have replaced a few screwdriver bits, which is costly, and have had new pens, and scissor springs. Next repair will be to treat myself to replacement scales. The one thing I haven't really found use for so often is the hook, but even that has seen action. Honestly, this pocket knife is unbeatable, and outperforms all your Leathermen and similar products. A classic!PS I have a mini-champ too, which is the perfect baby brother to the CyberTool.

forget other cheaper tools, these are amazing and so useful
quality item as always, i personally have had three of these, replaced only because I wanted to freshen up my multi-tool and keep the "old one" for sentimental reasons (just to note, my first cybertool i brought and used daily for 20 years and its still useful and working!!!) Brought as a gift for a friend and he was chuffed too, he borrows mine at work 1000s of times :) forget other cheaper tools, these are amazing and so useful.

Indispensable for the geeky
This tool has everything I need regularly in a package small enough to be carried around all the time, and I wouldn't be without it. For quick jobs or ones away from a toolkit I can't find anything to beat it.I've just bought my third since 2000 - the first was greatly abused and replaced when I'd lost too many accessories and bent a screwdriver blade. The second one has just been lost. Each has been used on average at least once a day and have given very reliable service and got me out of some emergencies.I originally bought one for the interchangeable screwdriver bits which are fantastic, though hard to get hold of if lost - I've found it's best to leave the widest tip outwards and put the largest allen key in the holder when not in use. This way round I didn't lose any tips from the second one. My only gripes about the screwdriver are that the shaft is off centre, so repeated turning is not as easy as it could be, and that the tips are hard/expensive to replace. The scissors, knives and pliers are well engineered. Although there are limits to what can be done with them due to size, they can stand a good deal of force and the knives can be sharpened with a steel or stone to a very sharp edge which lasts better than some of my kitchen knives. The reamer is very useful for making and widening holes, though I don't need this often, and the can opener is useful for camping and when a normal can opener has mangled the rim. The corkscrew speaks for itself, and the little driver in it is great for the hinges in glasses and messing with old school analogue electronics. The only tool which I would not miss is the parcel hook - a fixed cross head screwdriver like some of the other Victorinox tools might be better. If you are a repressed scout, or like to get inside electronicky or smallish mechanical stuff, and want a toolkit in your pocket, this is the tool for you. This time round I've also bought a very nerdy belt pouch at my wife's request, and it's kept the cybertool looking brand new, and stopped pocket fluff slowly stiffening the hinges.

It's Victorinox, what more do you need to know?
You can't go wrong with a Victorinox, they are always so well made. The only trouble is choosing the right one for you with the right tools. This one suits me as I'm a bit of a fixer, so the pliers and screwdrivers are fantastic.Scissors and tweezers are also essentials for me.Corkscrew and parcel hook - not so much, not sure why they put them on so many of their knives. One thing that would have been really nice is a nail file, they sometimes have one on the back of the hook, but not on this one.
