Beast
This is a beast I am very happy was not tamed.I used it to break up a thick slab of concrete that served as a base for some crazy paving. Prior to this I had employed a brick bolster but not got very far. The fact that the impact point is much smaller meant that I was able to weaken the slab in a number of places before completely wrecking it.Considering that I am an absolute weakling (which is probably unfair to weaklings everywhere), this was no major feat. And I can't take any credit for it - it was all down to this chisel. The guard did not stay put for very long and kept moving up with the impact of the hammer (I used a 4 pound fibreglass-handled club hammer) but it was simple enough to knock back down every few hits. After the job, the point showed very little sign of wear (wish I could say the same about myself, but hey-ho).All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase and would gladly recommend to others.

Stayed sharp and did the job for me. Would buy again.
Used to make a 7mm recess in concrete 250mm x 100mm. Stayed sharp even with my novice handling! It would be 5 stars but the rubber handle slipped up so the chisel end was level with rubber protector top. Wasn’t a big problem and still worked ok and protected my hand. Would buy again.

Good value Chisel
Bought to use to chisel out bricks/mortar from my patio. It's a decent size/weight to use with a demolition hammer and the guard is very robust; the point tip really helps in breaking up the concrete and definitely worth an investment if you have these types of jobs planned. Not sure what else it could be used for outside of the concrete removal though.

Absolutely brilliant, does the job effortlessly
I was digging up in the garden when I noticed a patch of concrete/rock. I got this along with a Faithfull hammer and it got the job done brilliantly. It is built to last, at a fantastic price.

Good for short term use, but doubt it will last long
I bought this for a specific job (cutting a gutter run into a concrete hardstand) and it has done the job perfectly. The design keeps your hand clear from stray hits and the chisel edge is solid and sharp even after several hours of use. However the handle slips as a few other reviewers mention after only an hour or so of use, so that every few hits you have to bang the handle back into place, because of this I assume it will not last as the inside of the handle rubs and wears down. Nect time I will pay a little more and get something with a longer life in it.

Perfect sturdy tool still going strong
Worked excellently breaking up almost 20 year old cement/stone/concrete mix that builders used whilst originally building my houseTook some elbow grease and sweat however paired with a mini sledge hammer this bad boy was able to break through 4m in length and around 10inch thick concrete
