Highly recommend this. I won't go back to using a normal paddle brush for blow drying at all. It has made my life a lot easier and my hair is better off for it because it's so easy to brush through my hair and this minimises breakage. Without a doubt it is fantastic. I do need to brush through my hair and detangle it with this same brush before I get going with the hair dryer though. Otherwise I feel like I'm ripping my hair out a tad as it's not as effective as the standard tangle teezer. But once you do the intial brush through there's no problems with any further tangling.The brush is very solid and weighty. The bristles definitely are hard but you just learn to use it so you don't bash it against your head. I'm not sure why other reviewers are having problems with this saying it hurts to use... I don't think you're really supposed to be brushing against your scalp with this anyway. It doesn't heat up and become uncomfortable to hold. It's a sleek design and really easy to clean as well. However I don't find it makes my hair dry any faster than usual. I don't really mind this thoughI prefer this one over the round tangle teezer brush for drying my hair straight. The extra surface area really helps to get a natural straight look.

Perfect large size that helps speed up my blow drying times. I can create gorgeously sleek, straight hair with the brush. I hate soft bristle paddle brushed and this one is the complete opposite. Hard, though not painful bristles to help reduce tangling, making a smooth blow dry effortless.

The media could not be loaded. Bristles are extremely hard! Like it’s sore to brush your hair. Don’t bother wasting your money.

Love this brush! Already had the normal tangle teezer but this one is amazing for blow drying my unruly wavy hair. Takes a bit of getting used to, and bristles are a bit harder than the normal tangle teezer but it is great for a blow dry!

It does what it needs but it's quite heavy and feels awkward in my hand. The bristles are solid and dont flex so you need to lightly brush your hair otherwise it hurts. Haven't noticed much of a difference in my hair when drying it. Save your money.

A beast of a brush. I have shoulder length, very thick hair and this flies through wet hair, sorting knots out painlessly. It has a great design with little trenches (can't think of a better word) between the bristles to clean the brush without damaging the brush itself. I almost wish I had gone for the smaller version because if I don't need one this big then most people would manage with the smaller version as well.It is great for blow drying hair if you can manage a brush as well as your dryer. It certainly smooths your hair. Some other brushes seem to pull out a lot of my hair but this one just slides through effortlessly.

Excellent Brush and does what it says. i have been using it to dry and brush my hair and i get an ALMOST straight look. for some it is enough, i personally like hair to be super smooth and straight so for me this is not enough and i still need to go over hair with my irons. otherwise this brush does leave hair feeling soft and does not break hair as you are drying it. i am happy with it and would recommend. saying that i like all the tangle teaser products and are the only brushes i use.
