good quality summer house
Its my ist summer house. and I love it. Its a best value for money no complaints easy to put together in one hour. 2 person job good quality wood. strong easy to read instructions

Anything but quality.
Putting to one side the 3 no show delivery dates (and a 4th ‘it will be there in a fortnight’) the product that arrived was somewhat different to the photographs as advertised. Where to begin? The floor has several cracked boards and I am having to looking to retrofit a false floor, , the rear panel has several knot holes where the knots are drying out (25 in total on all 4 sides). The side panels have splits where the nail gun has punched to close to the edges, one side window frame isn’t straight, the roof battens were either bent like a hockey stick, or twisted, and I had to replace 4 of them, finally a section of the roof had an edge broken and the doors seem to have a green substance dotted across them.

Mixed feelings
When this 1st arrived we found it just left in our front garden, we put the base down and I wanted to send it back because it looked so tiny. Anyway husband put it together and I'm really glad he's good at these things because the instructions are not good at all. It seemed as though quite a few steps were missing and you just had to improvise. Once all together it looks nice enough. It's not what I imagined as it's quite flimsy looking and the windows and doors don't seem to sit and fit right but it's all fixed now. Just have a long gap between the 2 doors and the windows will more than likely be an entrance for spiders. Painted up it looks lovely and it's brilliant for what we wanted it for (play house for our kids) I hope it lasts and I do actually like it now that it's all tarted up. Budget buy but looks nice if you put the time in.

Thought for nearly £500 the quality would be ok not great but ok. I was wrong if anybody wants to build a better quality summerhouse for far less money go to BQ by some fence panels and some osb board and screw them together for the floor find an old pallet that snaps easily when stood on make some doors out of timber carcassing but ensure they have an inch gap between them when fitted. Oh and if you don’t want any roofing felt with your summerhouse ensure you order it from Forest, this will be after the first occasion when it was delivered broken which was the time it was delivered with no notification whatsoever ever.Enjoy
