LEGO Batman: The Videogame (Xbox 360)

“Lego Batman: The Videogame” is an action adventure game, released in 2008. You get to play as Batman, set within a fictional Lego world. This game is similar to the earlier Lego videogames, such as Star Wars. Yet, this game is the first in the Lego series to have an original story. This game was highly successful, and so far there have been two sequels – and several animated Lego movies – based on Batman. This game is intended to be child-friendly, and yet is also a great deal of fun for adults. You can choose to play as one of many characters – all from the Batman universe – and control each character from a third-person perspective. Primarily, you’re running around and fighting enemies. There are also lots of puzzles to solve. The game is set in Gotham City, and there are thirty levels (15 for the heroes, 15 for the villains). The story concerns Batman and Robin trying to find and capture the villains – Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, and so many more – who have recently escaped from Arkham Asylum, and who are intent on causing mischievous mayhem. In addition to story mode, you can choose to ‘free play’ the game – simply having fun with the characters. The graphics are great – and it does look just like Lego has come to life! The soundtrack is fantastic – as it makes use of Danny Elfman’s music from the 1989 “Batman” film. Overall, there’s a dark feel to this game, but it’s done in a comedic and entertaining manner. If you’re a fan of either Batman and/or Lego games, I thoroughly recommend this. I’ve played through it a couple of times, as have my young nephews – and there’s plenty of fun to be had.

Great game for a 6 year old child, easy yet challenging he loves it ! I would recommend this for any child as long as you can limit their time spent on the X box as ours would play it all day, ever day !

this is a classic lego game that never grows old, plenty of replayability, takes quite a while to complete too. A must to have in any game collection. GT: SICK0 ZER0

Great game at a fair price. Lots of levels to work through. Will keep me and my sons occupied for a while.

The game is excellent, pity when the wife bought this she forgot that it should have been batman two. haha. I got a free game if anyone wants it.

When item arrived The cover was in Italian. Dubious to open so emailed seller and in a blunt reply was told the cover was in Italian but the game is multi language. Have now opened and tried it. All seems English and fine. Not what was listed. Shame my son now can't read through the instruction leaflet in the cover as this is also Italian which he normally likes doing

As expected

E' una linea di giochi che appassiona GRANDI e piccini in modo spensierato, senza richiedere un impegno continuo e costante per andare avanti nel gioco. Se posso usare una comparazione dei miei tempi, e' l'equivalente (evoluta in modo straordinario naturalmente) dei vecchi "scacciapensieri". Li ho praticamente tutti (ed infatti lascio recensione identica anche per gli altri :)) perchè il tema dipende dai gusti, la dinamica del gioco è praticamente identica. Su Lego Batman in particolare aggiungo che mi è piaciuto più questo che il Lego Batman 2 anche se i personaggi sono più "fighi" nel secondo. Amazon come sempre di prim'ordine sia per consegna che per servizio.

Aún tengo el 360 y si todavía funciona bien, el juego llegó muy bien, en perfectas condiciones, ví reseñas que no se veía o que no corría bien pero el mío si está perfecto. Para recordar la niñez de mi hijo, juego con él por eso lo compré y está muy bien.
