Whether it is summer or winter I always have ice in my drinks and during this insane heatwave in London I decided to buy some proper ice cube trays, Unlike the regular stock ones you get with your freezer, these are very large and roughly a 5cm cube, making them big enough to cool down your drink, but small enough to fit in most glasses or tumblers, You also only need 1 ice cube, unlike the smaller cubes which seem to melt quickly, these take a long time to melt, The trays are also very sturdy and can be stacked well. The silicon is also flexible enough to make releasing the cubes easy too, They are also dishwasher safe and can be used for other food items such as baby food cubes, Love them and will be buying more, 5/5

I love ice cubes in my water at home, but hate having to buy bags of the stuff, or those annoying little ice trays you're filling up daily. A former flatmate had a set of large ice cube trays similar to this, but when I moved out I had to find my own, and these are even better than what I used before. Two huge trays, so you never run out, the ice cube is large so you just need one per drink. They fit nicely into a pint glass, and can just squeeze into a tumbler style glass too. The ice pops out smoothly as the bottom is more flexible than the sides, and they're designed so you can stack the two trays if you're limited on space. Perfect!

Although they have now died (see below) these ice cube trays have been fantastic and in constant use since we bought them 3yrs and 6 months ago. We even bought them as presents for friends they're so good! The silicone is so flexible it makes it possible (though a struggle) to push out the individual compartments even when absolutely full to the top. We used them at various volumes for a choice of cube size. Obviously, the larger the cube, the longer it lasts. A full cube of this size may be too wide for a standard whisky glass but you can fill it half way (for example) and use the cube as a vertical rectangle. In a pint glass they fit comfortably at maximum fill volume. There was no smell or taste from the silicone until a couple of months ago. The smell and taste have, over a short space of time, become so bad we have today thrown these away (I don't think silicone is recyclable in the UK) and I am on Amazon to order some more as they are fantastic product. I would say, as soon as the silicone starts to smell or taste bad - let's assume 3 years - it won't be because you washed it poorly or any other fault of yours - and it won't get any better whatever you do: just buy some new ones!

Love the size of the ice cubes looks impressive in a glass. Easy to remove but do remember they take much longer to freeze the water. I keep mine already frozen in a zipper plastic bag in the freezer 👍

I must have boosted the sales of these as my friends all bought the trays after seeing mine . Made the Christmas ones ( sprig of Rosemary and a couple of cranberries) and the orange and lime ones are great for anytime . You do need a large glass , a balloon glass is perfect. They come out easily and are stackable in the freezer.

Delighted with these. No more quickly diluted gin!! Huge cubes, dissolve nice and slowly. Ideal for adding the garnishes too prior to freezing. I use spring water and put a slice of lemon or lime in each with a few juniper and pink peppercorn berries or/and coriander seeds. Best of all unlike previous silicone cube trays I'd bought there is no strong chemical odour. I did wash first in bicarbonate of soda and hot soapy water but these are great and don't adulterate the gin in anyway. They also seem sturdy and firm enough to carry the water in without spillage before freezing. Cubes are reasonably easy to remove from trays but best to leave out of freezer for a minute or so before removing them. Well pleased with purchase

I was fed up buying bags of ice cubes from supermarkets , which now have gone up from £1.00 to £1.25 and last all of 60 seconds in a glass !!! These ice cub trays have now solved my problem , they are a fantastic size and last longer that the actual drink it's self ! I also make up several bags of them and keep freezer ... do not know why it took me so long to work this out !

Ottimo, molto pratico e di effetto

Ich hatte gesucht nach großen Eiswürfeln, die nicht so schnell wegschmilzen, um Drinks länger kalt zu halten. Mit dieser Silikonform kann man spielend leicht riesige Eiswürfel herstellen, die sich auch leicht lösen lassen. Kann ich jedem empfehlen, der auch große Eiswürfel machen will.

Die formen scheinen Wertig gemacht, stabiles aber biegsames Hartgummi. Die Eiswürfel lassen sich mit leichter Gewalt herausdrücken. Ich habe die Formen bisher drei mal gefroren und neu befüllt. Bisher scheint alles stabil zu bleiben und der Ausdehnung des gefrierenden Wassers stand zu halten. Die Eiswürfelform erfüllt meine Vorstellungen voll und ganz. Sehr schöne große Eiswürfel.
