Keyless Entry, Car Key Remote FOB Designed for Select Buick, Chevrolet, Pontiac & Saturn Vehicles (4 Button Fob E (Remote Start, Lock, Unlock, and Panic))

The instructions were simple to follow and allowed me to pair both the new replacement key fob and the original key fob to my 2004 SSR. No scan tool required. Just used setting number 5 (if my memory is right) on the dial on the OBDII adapter to get the SSR in key fob pairing mode.

I bought this kit for my daughter's 2008 Saturn Vue that came without a key fob. I was excited to try it, but that quickly dissipated after opening the Amazon box. The remote was not visible which let me know that the item was returned. Then when I went to open the box the tape on one side was broken, and the other side had debris on the tape so it was not secure. Which also tells me it was used. Everything was in the box and it did give me a working key fob, however, I'm turned off that I paid a lot for a used kit. I'm giving it 2 stars because it worked. I'm really disappointed though that it was used and sold as new.

Just programmed a 2017 Chevy Traverse with three new fobs. One that came with the kit and another two that I purchased on Amazon. It was very easy to program, just select the proper number on the dial, plug it in and hear some beeps hold the lock and unlock buttons simultaneously then hear a beep and then try and lock the car and it will work. Would recommend for lost key fobs instead of paying hundreds of dollars at the dealership. It just needs a working ignition key for it to be programmed. The drawback is that once you use the programmer it will only work on that car.

Not only does it work but it took 2 minutes to set up. 10/5 stars. I highly recommend.

PROS: Comes with programmer, takes less than 20secs, key Fob nice and clear looking.Cons: orderd chrome but got the black Fob.But still looks good.

I purchased a used 2012 Tahoe with cracked key fobs and the dealer wanted $175 to program new fobs. This product functioned exactly as it should and was able to program the new key fob in just a few minutes. Directions are simple and easy to follow and it saved me over $100. Plus I can use again in the future if need be. Well worth the money.

Saved me a bundle by not using dealership, and, now I have three Pods!
