My son carries the MTHFR gene mutation from both his father and I. His dr suggested we try him on methylife and adjust his dosage based on how he feels. We started him on 3mg and have gradually increased him to 9mg. His dr said he could take up to 15 mg but he feels so much better with the 9mg that we haven’t needed to increase anymore. He’s happier and more energetic. His anxiety and depression are much better on this supplement.One side note: I saw some reviews stating this product caused some people nausea etc My son’s Dr warned us if you’re on a blood pressure medicine this pill can cause your blood pressure to drop. She said if you’re taking blood pressure medicine to talk to your Dr about tapering it as you begin this methylated folate. She said personally she had come off all her blood pressure medicine since beginning this product but she did it gradual. So talk with your dr if you’re on blood pressure medicine before taking this product.

Chewable so it works well. Improved my lab values and it tastes good.

I would swear by B Methylated! My father who is 89 and is in Stage IV CHF ( Chronic Heart Failure ) has greatly benefited with a combination of B Methylated + Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate + Benfotiamine.This combination plus Alpha Lipoic Acid has helped my Diabetes and its resultant Neuropathy too.Wish they had a distributor/stockist in India. Hundreds would benefit.I am lucky to know people who travel from US and carry supplies for me.Whole heartedly recommend this product.

Not sure yet just started using the product. It is suppose to be good for depression and energy.

First batch was great. Second batch is like a completely different product, even the label on the bottle was different. I sent a message to their customer service, they confirmed the correct item was sent. First batch was an off white color and went to powder form easily when chewing in it that I could get under my tongue to dissolve. This new batch is pinkish and is difficult to chew in the sense that it stays in clumps that do not dissolve well under the tongue. If I break down the clumps, it just dissolves before I can get it under my tongue. For as expensive as it is (>$40 per 90 tablets) I expect better quality control. I plan to talk to my Doctor on alternatives.

Great supplement that absorbs well. It dissolves easily under the tongue and it tastes great.
